Are these colorchanging light?

Update......On the page there are 4 choices...... One says COLOUR CHANGING....... Others say COLOURED.......So if you want ones that change colour......Make sure you order Colour changing ones....... Seller has told me these are a newer option to the page....

Are these lights warm white or bright white?

They are bright white . Because the bulb is only very small they give a bright spot light , great for placing on pathways or in tubs in the garden .

Do you need to take some waterproof measures against them in rain and snow? Will it rust?

Their introduction stated that they were designed to withstand sunny, rainy nights and light snowy days. Mine used it for six months, and there was no rust and water ingress after the rain.

For those that have the colour changing lights do they give the option for changing to white

I don't think so. I looked but can not see any switch for that. Great product though and thr coloured version is gorgeous
