This is an excellent product if you like all the cables and devices you carry round to be held safely and securely. These are the things I love The straps are elastic with a non slip covering to hold precious gadgets in place The straps are woven so there are different sized openings, smaller ones for pens and USB drives, larger ones for ipods and chargers. There is a small zipped pocket at the back for a small notepad or similar. I love the way that gadgets are held secure so that they do not move in my laptop bag and so get scratched It is very easy to put items in the Grid-it It is very easy to remove items You can see, when leaving a hotel room if something is missing as there is a space where it should be (I leave lots of things in hotel rooms so this is a big plus for me) I have been using this for a few days and all the items secured to this have stayed secure and not moved at all. It is a superb product, which although expensive, is well worth the money.

I use this every day, it sits in my back pack holding my sunglasses, laptop charger, battery pack and drawing pens. Have been using for about a month now and no signs of wear and tear. The zip pocket on the back is useful for small items such as erasers and a screen/glasses wipe. Overall this item has proved very useful to take all those small items in my backpack and neatly organise them for easy retrieval. One caveat is the overabundance of small loops, my laptop charger (macbook) and rechargeable battery pack take the two "large" slots and leave some rather annoying small loops which have no use to me, I was using them to hold pencils individually but have since found that they are too tight on even pencils to be accessible quickly. If you have items larger than macbook charger which needs holding, I would consider going for a large size rather than medium.

I have had my eyes on one for quite some time as they are mentioned a lot in tech videos on YouTube. I thought they looked great and would be a great solution for me to organise my tech when swapping out between my work rucksack and our rucksack for family outings. Out of the box my first thought was that it is well made and of good quality. It's also rather heavy. I would say it is too heavy and it adds too much weight considering its purpose. My kindle fits happily in the zip pocket on the back (I purchased a medium) and I could fit all the stuff I wanted through the bands on the front - it looked great! My main problem with it (apart from the weight) is that there is no protection for your items once loaded in your bag. I guess that's obvious considering the design but in reality - placing the other items I need in my backpack along with it just does not work. A way round this is by placing the gridit in the pocket at the back which is normally reserved for a laptop. If you have more compartments in your bag then I am sure you will be fine (the medium gridit is roughly a4 in size) I do think it's a great item but unfortunately it just doesn't work for me. I guess I didn't really think the purchase through and instead got caught up in how tech savvy I would be for purchasing it! I am now trying to figure out what zip up tech travel case is best for me.

A friend suggested this as a useful thing to carry on a recent trip to Disney World. It fits well into a rucksack or satchel and I was able to add a portable battery and set of cables for charging everything. By having things neatly arranged all the cables were easily accessed and none got damaged. I really liked the way I could pull the whole thing out easily. When necessary I was able to connect the charging cables to the battery and phone and add the phone to the organiser so I could drop it into my bag while it got some extra juice. I now keep a set of cables on the cocoon all the time, making packing for trips that bit easier. No more forgotten chargers!

RECOMMEND FOR ALL INFLUENCERS OR MAKEUP ARTISTS: Always having this mishaps of dropping your most luxurious makeup whilst doing touch ups at an event - well got this brilliant idea from a lovely Makeup Artist who uses it whilst on the go to hold makeup palettes and brushes as well; in car, bride touch up, …. endless ease of use as it’s light, sturdy, and can’t misplace anything with everything tucked in…. Not more dropping makeup and no more wasting money to repurchase makeup !!!!!brilliant

A good idea for a product and you can find a loop to fit most small items. However the Grid-It is quite heavy without anything attached to it. In this version its a little small to be that useful. However, it does do the job its advertised to do.

I am happy with this. All the bits and pieces that usually are all over the many pockets of my backpack while travelling are now neatly and securely organised on the grid. Phone charger, hard drive, USBs, power bank, pens and more all get easily and nicely arranged. Handy to use, durable, nothing slips out - this is a good product.

The ONE thing you never realised you needed in your life. Got a rucksack, a tech bag, a man bag, a briefcase, a suitcase, a handbag?....get a Grid It !! I never knew that my bag bothered me with my keys, phone, wallet etc. rolling around in there until this thing organised it for me and made everything instantly at hand as soon as I opened my bag. It's especially great for cable management such as phone chargers etc. It's well made and deceptively good at gripping onto your stuff.

This is a great product! But.... Once you start adding all your cords n stuff it starts to gain some weight and can add pounds to your carry-on bag... But all your stuff is in one place, which makes it easy to slide right out your bag when you're ready for it. No looking or searching for your stuff, it's all right in this little gadget!!!!! Just pop it out of your bag and all your devices are in your hand!

Best addition to my backpack! This organizer fits perfect in the laptop slip of my backpack and has become a staple. Holds all my gear and gadgets with ease! I even keep all my change in the pocket on the back. The only thing i would change is the zipper opens on the opposite side of the handle. so to access the pocket i have to fully pull it out of my bag.

Dumb design on the zipper pocket. No stopper at top of zipper rail. Zip it shut fast and the zipper slider/tab pops straight off the rail and is impossible to put back on. I returned one because it arrived in this state and the replacement they sent me has exactly the same issue and you can’t use the top of the zipper (the fabric part) to put the zipper tab back on because it’s stitched down! Very cheap and nasty crap not worth the price.

I purchased a number of these and made them up as travel essentials kits. These boards are sturdy and hold everything firmly in place. I'll hand these out as going away gifts for my team as we disperse and make the long journeys back to our homes.
