How are they with small feet? Size 6.

I wear a 6 1/2 and they fit great. You will be fine with them.

I wear a women's size 11, will these work for me or would mens be better?

I wear a women's size 10 wide and have always bought the men's. They work great for me.

I think that they have great arch support! They are also relatively small, so they help with foot pain from flat feet without added bulk in a shoe. I am a women's size 9.5/10 and I use the women's size.. If I were wearing wider and larger boots, I might opt for the men's size since I am right on the border size-wise.

How long can you use these before they need to be replaced?

These work great but the fabric lining starts to peel off the insert. I have no pain while wearing these and since they are only half soles, they don’t make my shoes too tight at the toe bed. They do raise the heel up a bit in the shoe so certain shoe types will have you walking right out of the shoes. I’ve had mine for many month but since I mostly wear my shoes without socks, the friction is causing the lining of the insert to peel off. This feels annoying so it’s time to replace.
