Orthopedic support is genuinely good, no back pain in the morning. We sleep 3 people sometimes and still very comfortable. Memory foam is medium-firm, not too soft, not too hard.

Spine support is good

Not what it used to be. I bought one in India 3 years ago. The same model, quality was great and i dont have aches when i sleep on that mattress but the new one i purchased in UAE is not of good quality or they have changed the material, my back hurts in any position and my shoulders hurt while i sleep on the side. Cant return it too :(

The mattress was not firm as described and one end was tilted downwards.

Corners dont expand(inflate) properly and i took a 8 inch mattress but it looks like maximum 6.5 inch

The corner of the mattress does not inflate and it does set well with the bed.
