Is this conditioner paraben free and sulphate free?

Yes .. You can contact #growmewatermans ..or watermans on face book .or on here they will happily answer your questions , they are more qualified than me to tell you exactly. But I can tell you they are number one seller now and are going from strength to strength. They are really helpful nice people ..FB has a page they will answer typically within the hour .. Is it effective if i only use the conditioner, or will i need the shampoo?

Neither worked for me. But I would imagine the shampoo is more effective than the conditioner.

Is this a leave in conditioner or do you have to rinse it after a few minutes of applying it to hair?

Two ways you can use... Directions for normal use: After Shampooing, rinse hair and apply Watermans Condition Me, massage into hair from root to tip, comb hair through to ends and leave for 2-3 Minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly with cool water for added shine. Directions for deep conditioning treatments: For a Deep conditioning treatment cover hair with a plastic cap or towel. Keep on hair for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove cap or towel and rinse thoroughly.
