This is my 2nd one for another car. Slightly different from the first one but still just as good. Although I am protecting a convertible BMW 3 series with this one which is slightly smaller than the 5 series, there seems to be more room in the cover allowing air to flow between the cover and the car and causing it to flap around even with the clips fastened. But it has kept up to the job and protected the car even in the recent windy storms we've had. Thank you for reading my review, I hope you have found it helpful.

I bought this cover as an inexpensive means to keep pine needles and pine tree sap off one of our vehicles. It has done its job well. The three (3) straps / buckles have kept the cover in place on windy days. My car is a older model Nissan Maxima, length = 193", and this cover is plenty long to fully cover it. I have not had the cover long enough to attest to its durability, but I've seen no rips or tears thus far. Very pleased with this purchase. UPDATE 8/3/2021: I've had this cover for about 10 months now. It has developed a couple of small tears that I've patched with duct tape. It still protects my car, but the UV exposure has slightly reduced its durability. I'm not going to change the rating because it has performed as expected, but it will likely need replacement in a couple years. In a nutshell, don't buy this cover if you are trying to protect an expensive car long term.
