Well worth it
Arrived in super quick time, thanks to Prime membership. This is the genuine article at a competitive price. It's useful to have a second DeWalt charger in advance of power outages.

Good charger, light weight and compact. Does what it needs to do. Compared to battery and drill it is seems not a robust but still works. Ideal for household but not industrial.

Good 4 Amp charger.
I wanted to buy another DB105 charger so I can charge two batteries at once. I think the DB105 has been discontinued. This DB115 seems to be the new replacement for the DB105. It has the same specification and aslo charges at 4 Amps. I looked at various double chargers, the DeWalt multi-battery chargers were very expensive, and the third party double chargers seemed to only support 4 amps total, i.e. 2 amps per battery, so would have taken twice as long to charge. Having recenlty bought a DeWalt lawnmower which takes two batteries at a time to operate, it's very useful to be able to charge two at a time.

Great value!
I wasn't sure what I was letting myself in for when I ordered this. Branded DeWalt chargers are 5 times the price so I really doubted it would work. I was pleasantly surprised to see a DeWalt logo on the top of this and so far it is working really well. Charges my genuine DeWalt batteries quickly and without issue. No sign of any heating up and only a very faint hum coming from it when charging. Seemingly I've saved myself quite a bit on this!

Quick charging
Bought from Powertool world at a great price. I'd 2 others of same type, so take one on site & 2 are screwed to a board on my garage wall to charge my batteries when I get home - instant karma! No more digging around in deep storage boxes, you lads know your charger's always at the bottom with the lead wrapped round God knows what.
