Both of the red boots seem very loose. is this normal? I don't want to install it if they won't hold grease.

Make sure all the way against surface and fill w grease they will tighten up, them grease again after few miles

Anyone else have issues where these won't fill with grease? Just spills out the top and not enter zerk

No, not at all. That may be an installation issue. If you used the wrong tool you could smash the top n make it in greasable

All I know it is a standard zerk fitting that came with my kit.

Quality item but package was missing some items.

The package arrived with parts missing. The items in the box were of good quality and the joints are nice and tight. I contacted Amazon and Amazon issued me a return label. Ive returned the item and received a full refund. I repurchased the items and Amazon said they will refund me the difference in price as the replacement items have increased in value. I am happy with this and will repurchase these items. 4 stars because the package was missing parts.

Product was damaged already when arrived

I requested the kit especially from RC because people recommend for long life and its quality. Unfortunately, the strut of the ball joint was loose and moving up and down which also was installed anyway thought might be factory purpose but it wasn’t in the end all that costed 450 $
