Nice material, decent price and fits perfectly under my cross trainer. Haven't used the cross trainer with the Matt under it properly yet but it seems sturdy enough. Not the thickest but seems like it will be enough to reduce noise and protect the flooring. So far I recommend.FYI I got the 180 smaller size.

Very nicely finished and good quality mat - although it was rolled up when it arrived, I only had to put it on the floor and walk around it once for it to flatten satisfactorily. I wanted it for under a recently purchased treadmill as I didn't want to wear a trench in my carpet. It fits on the mat with a border of approximately 4-5 inches both sides widthwise and approx. 3 inches both sides lengthwise. It would make excellent non-slip matting on lino type floors and would be ok for worktables to stop them travelling - I think it was very good value for the money

Working well so far, was purchased to replace the mdf under the treadmill and seems good.It was tricky to fit under the treadmill as it kept getting caught, but once we managed to get that sorted it was fine.

We use it under a robust elliptical trainer, and it's great quality. Non-slippery and not curling up at the edges, looks durable enough so far so happy with the purchase.

I bought this mat to use as a fitness mat not at a mat to put a cardio/weight machine on. I needed something to protect me and my floor whilst exercising and didn’t allow noise to travel to my neighbours below.I’m not happy with the mat. When doing any cardio moves the mat sticks to my shoes and pulls up. It’s trip me up a few times. On my wood floor and carpet it moves around. It’s very slippery if I’m a bit sweaty. If I’m a bit sweaty from a work out and on the mat trying a plank move for examples, I feel like I’m not stable and my arms could slip. I’m trying to roll out on my foam roller and the mat is moving around getting bunched up as I roll back and forth.I think if I had bought this as a floor mat to put a cardio/weight machine on then it would be worth the money but to use a large mat to do exercises on it’s not worth the money.

Es muy buena alfombra, la utilización puede ser para máquina o para realizar ejercicios en una buena alfombra muy superior a las tradicionales. Muy recomendable

Die Matte ist sehr stabil und man kann sein Laufband (habe wohl ein kleineres Gerät) mit der Matte verschieben. Ideal, da auch die Geräusche gedämmt werden

Es sumamente delicada y al poner la cinta de andar encima enseguida quedó marcada y dañada al modificar la posición del aparato.

L'ho acquistato per posizionarlo sotto il mio tapis roulant che a velocità un pò alte sembra più rumoroso. Perfetto. Il condomino del piano di sotto ringrazia!
