**Q: I was just wondering if this is the same as betnovate scalp application that you get from the doctors**
A: Betnovate scalp application contains a steroid while this formulation is steroid free. They are different.

**Q: Urea is the second ingredient listed? What is the purpose and where was it obtained**
A: Urea is a simple organic chemical that can calm inflamed skin. While urea is a natural component of sweat and urine, for pharmaceutical and chemical purposes, it is synthesized from ammonia. It is NOT made from urine.

**Q: can you use it on a bald scalp?**
A: I do not see why not. My husband has used it; he is not exactly bald, but his hair is very thin now. He has found it helpful, and has not had any problems with it.

**Q: Can somebody please clarify for me if this is the eucerin scalp lotion or shampoo . Thank you**
A: This is the lotion. The shampoo comes in a bigger bottle - 250ml.
