Smells like fish food :p
Been using this for a couple of weeks so far so good, cats arent complaining, so it must be not bad tasting for them, have actually noticed their breath is slightly better already, so its definitely doing something, seems expensive for the amount you get, but as long as it does what its supposed to its worth every penny to keep my boys healthy and happy <3

I am sure it really helps!
Not sure about dogs breath but feel that if it cuts down on plaque at all it is worth using. I have used it for some years and my working cockers both died at 14+ with all their teeth intact! I have a cockapoo now who is 13+ . I have tried brushing her teeth as well as giving her Plaqueoff but she is not very co-operative!.......

Amazing stuff
So I wished I’d taken a before and after photo as I wasn’t sure this stuff would work. Basically both my dogs teeth were getting quite bad plaque. They weren’t really chewing as they got older and a toothbrush wasn’t really working. £700 at the vets for a clean without the added cost of any extractions. Started using this a couple of months ago and the difference is huge. Both dogs teeth are so much cleaner with very minimal tartar left. Feed this in their dinner twice a day and give the dogs some hard chews like goats ears and ox tails etc and it’s fantastic as it helps to soften the plaque and the chews help get the plaque off literally. I’ll continue with this and hopefully in no time their teeth will be spotless. One pot lasts so long I’ve had it months. I’ve got 2 medium dogs and there’s still loads left. I’d highly recommend this it’s like magic. Maybe they should make one for humans

You must try this powder
This powder is AMAZING. My dogs breath smelt like something died in his mouth and I could always smell when he was nearby. No amount of dentasix or bones touched the plaque. So I ordered this as a last resort, and wow. I am not exaggerating when I say his breath was better by the next day. It has only been a week so I haven't noticed any effect on the bad plaque on his teeth, but I am sure with time it will reduce. He is tolerating the powder well, no food refusal or upset tummy. So altogether a great 5 stars for this powder wish I had tried it sooner.

Essential For Small and Toy Breed Dogs But Don't Underestimate the Importance of Brushing! 🌿🪥🐶
I have used ProDen PlaqueOff Powder for my small and toy-breed dogs since 2019. While I have immense respect for the company's high standards, five years of experience has shown me that its application requires a nuanced approach for high-risk breeds.✅ The Pros & Peace of Mind• Ethical Origins: Knowing the active ingredient is VOHC approved and was first tested on humans before pets gives me total confidence in its safety.• 100% Organic & Natural: Sustainably harvested Scandinavian seaweed with no artificial additives, gluten, or sugar.Effective Breath Freshener: I notice a significant improvement in "doggy breath" within about 3 weeks.❌ The Cons & Important Nuances• Thyroid Warning: Because of the high natural iodine, it is unsuitable for pets with hyperthyroidism.• Consistency is Vital: If I skip more than 3–4 days, the breath-freshening benefits begin to fade.• Not a Standalone Solution: It cannot replace the mechanical force needed to clean crowded teeth in tiny breeds. The Science of "Small Mouths" & Real Results 🧬This powder works systemically through saliva to break down bacterial biofilm. I recently saw a perfect example of how this works: one of my dogs had light tartar build-up on two teeth. After two months of using this powder combined with daily brushing and weekly vet-recommended braided ostrich tendon chews, the results were clear. The tartar simply fell off one tooth, and on the second tooth, most of it could be scraped away easily with a fingernail, leaving only one stubborn spot. This highlights that the powder works by softening existing deposits over time (approx. 8 weeks) rather than making them vanish magically. The mechanical force of a toothbrush or a fibrous chew remains essential to "finish the job."⚠️ A Critical Note on ScalingEven if the tartar feels soft, never use sharp metal instruments or "human" dental scalers at home. Attempting to scrape teeth with anything harder than a toothbrush or a fingernail can cause enamel scratches and severe gum trauma. Furthermore, professional veterinary cleanings are still necessary to treat disease below the gum line.💰 Cost & Value Analysis (For 2 Small Dogs)While I initially looked at the 60g tub, the 180g tub is the clear winner for value in a multi-dog household. For my two small dogs, the 60g tub works out at roughly 14p per day, whereas the 180g tub drops the cost to just 11p per day. That is a saving of around £14.00 per year just by opting for the larger size! Because two dogs will finish the 180g tub in roughly 9 months, the seaweed remains fresh and potent throughout.Final VerdictI use this powder to soften the build-up, and alongside brushing and veterinary checks. It makes tartar much easier to manage, but it is a powerful addition, not a total replacement for a physical dental routine! 🌿🪥🐶

Seems good
Recommended by my vets. Have used this for years now. It definitely doesn’t stop plaque and tar from building, but seeing as it was recommended by my vet, I’d have to say it must slow it down well at the least.Fishy smell, as I think it’s 100% seaweed from memory. Our dog is a fussy eater, and once she got used to it it doesn’t seem to bother her any more. Easy to use with a little mini scooper in each container.

Does what it says, clean teeth, no smelly breath and my dog seems to like it.
It's a good buy, certainly works for my dog. On my third one.

Use with CAUTION!
Beware, if your dog has a bit of a sensitive tum, do not give this to them. Mine has a wheat and fish intolerance, and after half a dose of this, he was vomiting for 2 days. I only gave it to him the once and then stopped. I was also using it with my elderly westie (16 years old), I stopped after 2 days as he went off his food. I dont know whether this was the reason, but he is now back to normal. My other dog is still having it and looks to be ok with it. Its only been a couple of weeks, but I do think that it is working.

This works
Although I was a bit sceptical about this product I am very happy with the results on my dog's teeth, and breath. It seems expensive but the amount used is very tiny so it works out to be quite affordable.
