So I haven't tried it but I'm pretty sure it doesn't work on other lipsticks **Q: Has anyone received this without the protective wrapper seal as mine arrived without rather unhygienic I thought or do they come without the sealed** A: I have bought lots of these on line from various companies and have never had a protective wrapper on any of them.
