Betron HD1000 Wired Headphones with Powerful Bass, Over-Ear Lightweight Design for PC, Laptop, Phone, 3.5mm Jack

These Betrons popped up as a suggestion ("people also bought..") just before I was about to checkout some Plattan II's.. I googled them etc.. no techradar or whathifi review, and it seemed like there were online bots posting fake positive reviews, and perhaps some deletion of bad reviews going on.. the review spotter website then gave them an "adjusted" score of 3 and a half, rather than 4 and a half stars.. hmm... I checked a blog and it gave them a fairly glowing (legit sounding) review.. I thought what the hell, they were damn cheap (and I would rather have over ear than on-ear) so I bought them. They arrived super quick (like, I was confused when the package showed up because I was expecting other things!).. I was delighted to find they come with their own carry case. (many more expensive headphones wont). They look lovely witht the faux wood, and the fabric covered cable is a big plus (helps stop tangling). The Gold is a bit tacky and gaudy IMO, but its a minor complaint. First listening impressions: they are louder than my Sony ZX310's.. and listening to the "test your headphone" playlist on Spotify, they brought out the bass of a cello beautifully, including the slap of percussive playing, and really sounded "present".. A more chill acoustic guitar / vocal set on youtube is also holding up well.. Now, as much as I enjoy music, I'm no audiophile, but these sound lovely - the warmth and high end of the guitar comes out well.. I think the extra sound isolation from over-ears is definately a factor, but considering these are a good 10 euro cheaper than my Sony's (AND have a carry case!) the quality is far superior... I did notice quite a bit of sound leakage when my friend tried them, but he claims this is because he has a weird shaped head and so headphones dont form a proper seal on his ears! (also I think he was PUMPING the music.).. Lastly, they are comfortable.. I havent tried them having them on for a long time yet, but off the bat I imagine them to be less fatiguing than my Sonys' (as they arent tight on my ears)... Im very glad I didnt spend twice the price on the Plattans! These are good headphones. For the price they are unbeatable

To start this review, the headphones arrived 3 days early, which has never happened to me when ordering from Amazon, so that's a first! Bravo Amazon delivery team!An extremely good pair of headphones, with absolutely incredible quality, and really defined bass. They are relatively comfy, however, I personally could not wear these for a long period of time, as they are quite tight (at least on my head) and can start to become uncomfortable, but this can be said for any pair of headphones.The packaging is nice, it comes inside the standard amazon box, with your free brown paper, and then a Betron Box inside that (boxception). A nice addition you receive is the custom case, designed specifically for these headphones, which I think is amazing. The headphones themselves look really nice, and definitely do not look cheap.The only downsides I can see are that they are not adjustable, however, they try and make up for this in their flexibility. They can also start to become uncomfortable after an hour or two of wearing them.Overall, for only £30 (in the sale), they are without a doubt a complete bargain.

I have owned these headphones twice. Once a number of years back and again with my recent purchase to replace my desktop wired headphones.For its price point - these headphones give unbeatable sound for the same price point. But understand, you're paying peanuts for effectively, what is great build quality headphones, beautiful aesthetics and pleasing sound.These headphones compete against other headphones in the £40-55 range, which is remarkable given how cheap these are.It is worth noting though, if you're an audiophile, or have worn more expensive headphones - you're not going to match the audio quality you'll get from headphones £65> in price (obviously). You can get sharper mid-range sound paying a little more. That said, dabble with a software equaliser, you can attune these headphones to something more to your liking - I just find the mids a bit muddy at times, especially with rock music.But the price is ridiculously good and a step up from the pair I had. Weirdly when I had these headphones the first time round, I thought the sound was spectacular - perhaps when they were originally made, they were - but technology has evolved since then (A good 7 or so years ago).

I recently got a new gaming laptop, and my current headphones (while not terrible) just didn't seem to be cutting it, especially with games that really take advantage of sound design and immersion (Alien Isolation, DOOM, Resident Evil 2 & 7) etc. Looking around amazon reviews, these came highly rated. I'm usually sceptical of the price of products, and while I don't buy into a lot of label high-end stuff, I do like my purchases to be of value and work. But based on the positive feedback I gave these a chance.They are very sleek in design; smooth faux wood finish and gold trim with thick faux leather inlay make these very light and comfortable, aswell as small in their design. They come with their own little sealing bag so you don't have to pack them back in the box everytime but you have an option to keep them sealed and safe. Also the cord is nice and durable, has a fabric coating that adds a little thickness so limits the risk of tearing.Now, how do they sound?In my opinion, they satisfy for both gaming and music. The moment I got them I pulled up the recent DOOM ETERNAL soundtrack, because I heard these headphones had good bass sound; obvious option seemed to be listening to heavily mixed industrial guitars and synthesizers... Even in gameplay of games everything just seems levelled, and this is only between 30 to 50 on my volume level.Overall I am very happy with these headphones. Great for the price and lots of bite!On a side note, I've made a few Betron purchases over the last few weeks, their in ear headphones and over ear retro models are all really good quality aswell. So I highly recommend them as a cheap yet quality brand :)

These headphones are visibly pleasing in terms of pattern and colour and match the picture exactly.The wiring of the headphones are very useful as they have a material covering which minimises the risk of the wire becoming exposed or getting any kinks which may affect the availability of the sound. They are comfortable but are quite tight, and I cannot find a way to alter this. It may just affect me due to the size and shape of my head, so I can't be sure that this problem will effect everyone. The sound is crisp and clear. There is sound cancellation to some extent, but not all external noise is reduced.*The headphones themselves are faulty*I have to alter the position of them on my ears and give them a prod to make the sound come out every now and again. This occurs in both of the ear pieces which is very disappointing.Apart from that, they do the job well and fit the description.

I am very satisfied with these headphones. As mentioned previously, the performance and quality for the price is really quite unbelievable. Love the carry case they come in. It is of good quality and good hard wearing design. Going to be taking these on lots of travel trips so was extremely pleased with this.The build quality of the headphones is excellent, very robust. The lead length is also good and flexible.The cushioned leather feels very comfortable on your ears with an excellent fit which of course can be adjusted to suit. I even find this comfortable when wearing my glasses (some headphones are not.)The sound quality, clarity is amazing. I previously had a pair of Sony headphones for around the same price and they are no where near as good.Even with no music on there is a good amount of noise cancellation - not completely but it is ok.I tried these out with my iphone and laptop and both worked well.The only negative point I would like to make is that they are not very adjustable, i have a small head so this is not a problem for me but if you have a large head you may want to take this into consideration.

Bought these as a gift for a friend but i bought 2 pairs to avoid a situation where i had to choose whether or not to give them away or not. I am REALY HAPPY i did buy 2 pairs cause the are incredibly great value for money. I have a pair of beats studio which i paid £280 for and these compare brilliantly. The look great, sit comfortable and make a great noise. The beats have the advantage of batteries which give them slightly more bass but most people might not even notice. My only criticism would be the plastic feel of the wood finish but other than that i have no complaints. Have not used the beats since i got these and i would recommend them to everyone who asks my opinion. Great for flying as they eliminate outside noise and also does a great job of keeping my ears warm in the cold. Ive bought 3 pairs of the Betron in-ear 'buds' for myself en friends before and i am really happy with the company and what they are doing to bring us great products at great prices. Thank you Betron. Seriously... next pair will be the bluetooth in ear ones for the gym. When it comes to earphones i am like a woman and shoes in the sense that they can apparently never get enough. I would not bother with any other brand again

I really want to give these five stars but the only thing keeping them back for me is a personal thing so regardless these headphones are reccommendThey arrived fast the day after they were dispatched, came nicely packaged in a box an a hard carrying caseHave the look of a premium set of headphones higher than the price they are, plastic on the side is quite thin and looks like you'll have to be careful with it thoughBut the important part is the soundFor the most part they sound amazing, better than a few more expensive headphones I've found, however this is when I'm using them with something like the Samsung music player that has an equalizer where I can adjust the bass, when using something like YouTube with no equalizer the bass on certain songs can be too overpowering to the point it detracts from the songThe majority of things I've listened to without an equalizer still sound good but its definitely noticeable on a few songs that the default sound of the headphones is VERY bassy, but as I said, it's all down to personal preference and a lot of people like that in a pair of headphonesI've been listening to a range of genres with them from indie rock like modest mouse and broken social scene to hip hop artists like Kendrick lamar and earl sweatshirt to prog rock with some pink Floyd and king crimson to shoegaze and dream pop like slowdive and the antlers and they handle all different genres incredibly wellWhen it comes to hip hop they can be punchy, to metal brutal, warm for acoustic and folk and a very full sound for shoegaze and progI've also been using them with my dss2 surround sound processor for my Xbox one and they make a great pair of gaming headphones so all around reccommend but for those that prefer headphones that aren't too bassy I'd keep it in mind when you don't have an equalizer

Ho acquistato questa HD 1000, trovata in offerta "come nuova" su Warehouse Deals. Avevo letto alcune recensioni entusiaste sulla qualità audio e non mi dispiaceva l'estetica retro', oltre al fatto che sono cuffie chiuse e possono garantire un miglior isolamento acustico. Avevo anche letto delle loro dimensioni ridotte e speravo che questa caratteristica la rendesse più trasportabili, grazie anche al sacchetto incluso.Purtroppo le dimensioni sono veramente piccole e non riesco ad indossarle correttamente, risultando quindi scomode. La forma può far pensare ad una cuffia "over ear", ma si tratta di "on-ear". Nella foto il confronto con una cuffia "over-ear" standard, nemmeno troppo ingombrante, evidenzia le diverse proporzioni. La qualità audio non sarebbe male: anche se non perfettamente indossate, i bassi ci sono, anche se non profondissimi e la riproduzione generale è buona con una dinamica decente, quindi superiore alla media. L'estetica non è male, anche se le finte cromature dorate sono alquanto pacchiane. Purtroppo per me inutilizzabili e quindi restituite.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He likes them. He says the sound cancellation is good and the quality of the sound is great. He also says that they are very comfortable.

Me ha funcionado perfecto, solamente que no me percaté que no tiene micrófono y lo necesitaba con el. Por eso le di 4 estrella.

If sound quality is priority then these are perfect. Wow I cannot believe how good they sound. Right out of the box excellent, and with every listen they get better. The break in is right on point with other headphones. You will find it very hard to find this sound quality at this price. Comfort is 8 out of 10. Who cares with this sound package.
