Very tasty but probably way more expensive than fig newtons. I love the whole grain shortbread texture versus the sweet filling. Very good

I just love Maamoul! These have all the right textures, and are perfectly delicious! They are individually wrapped for easy takeaway snack. If you like dates these are For you, they come with other fillings as well. It’s just too bad they are not more readily available… I will be ordering these again

Expensive and oily not good taste wasting money

These cookies remind me a little bit of fig newtons. The cookie part is a lot more crumbly and thick and reminds of shortbread cookies. The date filling is much more reminiscent of the fig filling. The combination of cookie and date filling is quite good. The cookie itself is not overly sweet but there is an extra sweetness from the date filling. I like that each cookie is individually wrapped keeping each one fresher longer.

Very tasty and delicious. The date filling, nor is the pastry covering, is not too sweet, perfect balance of buttery/flaky and sweet texture.

These were OK. I was expecting more of a sweeter taste.

THE BEST - THE VERY VEST I HAVE [to date!] tasted ...... FRESH, DELICIOUS, NOT TOO SWEET ..... AND 'slightly' larger than the ones I usually enjoy! BRAVO! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED [and healthy too].

Love these cookies. Sometimes they crumble, but that’s how shortbread is sometimes. The crumbs are just as tasty.
