Fantastic chafing prevention for runners
Before buying this stuff, my husband would often complain of chafing after running longer distances. I looked up some running sites and found lots of people recommending this product. It is slightly on the dear side, but worth every penny! First of all, the packaging makes it look more like a men's deodorant stick, not at all girly. It's easy to apply, just swipe it on the same way as you would use a deodorant stick. After you apply it, it feels like there's nothing on your skin, but if you then go to feel it with your hand, you can feel it's there - kind of like a dry oil. Since he started using it, my husband has not had even a hint of chafing, even on long runs. Brilliant stuff, highly recommended!

Gives you that glide
This product had been recommended to help me stop the chafing that I experienced when running and walking. Whilst I have lost a lot of weight which helps, I still use this when I am doing longer runs such as 8-16 miles. It certainly helps prevent any chafing and it also last the full 2 - 3 hours that I am out running. It is quite expensive for what it is and I wish it was at a cheaper price point, which is why I give it 4 stars. I am not sure why it is asking for Warmth because I have never experienced any warmth from the product and between my legs I don't think I want warmth there! I even use it on the nipples to help prevent runners nipple and it does help prevent it. I recommend this product if you do have chafing issues from exercise. It does make things glide much easier and prevent the friction.

No more sore nipples
Okay - you possibly don't need an explanation of what this does.. If you've ever "enjoyed" the experience of walking like John Wayne for days after a long run, desperately hoping your thighs don't rub together, you'll know why you might want this. I've tried a few different products and they all have disadvantages: (Vaseline is cheap, but oh so slimy, and can mark your clothes; pulling Elastoplast off any part of your body that isn't perfectly smooth takes bravery).. This is my preferred option. I guess the disadvantage here is that it isn't that cheap. But it lasts reasonably well - you don't need to go crazy with it - just make sure the area is covered, and I find it protects better than petroleum jelly type products. It won't smart, so its suitable for your nips, your heels or wherever else you need it. Be warned that some of the container is packaging - it doesn't contain quite as much as it seems to - but even so this should do you for 35-40 runs, depending on how much you use. And if it means you can sit down, stand up, move around and do similarly amazing things post-long run, I reckon its worth it.

No chafing and no mess
I've used Bodyglide for two years: on feet, under my arms where my vest can rub, on nipples (!) and elsewhere I won't mention, if any item of kit rubs. It has a slightly tacky feel, but it doesn't mess your clothes up like Vaseline, and it certainly works a treat at preventing chafing. Apply it liberally, and it lasts for hours - easily long enough for a marathon. Wife and daughter use it on toe-posts on their flip-flops too. My local Runners World no longer stocks this size so ordered it online. Arrived promptly, and it's the proper stuff. The only downside to Bodyglide is that it is quite expensive, but it lasts a long time, and it saves so much soreness and so many lost days running due to blisters, that it's worth it!

Saves Shirts
Saved my clothes. After about a year of running using Vaseline Id ruined a dozen shirts. Then I found this product. 2 seconds of sliding it on a few key areas and you are good. I've used it for many a marathon and ultra, without reapplications. Best of all, nothing left on clothes. I buy the largest size every 4-5 months and run every day.

Possibly fake
Its not particularly lubricating and feels exactly like every antiperspirant stick I've ever used. After using it just 3 times the ink on the label has started to come off onto my hands! Fairly sure it's a fake product, but if it's not then the quality is pretty shocking for something this expensive. Wouldnt buy again.
