I am very disappointed with product and company. I ordered afro kinky curly colour 1 and received Kinky Curly colour 2. Different texture, different colour.I returned the product January 16th, until now no refund or response from the company.Will not order again.

Nice color and volume
Nice color and volume, but It smelled like chemical at the beginning. So I washed it to check the quality and curls before use. Fortunately very pleased with the result that the hair doesn't smell like chemical at all and all the curls kept. The hair is also soft and shinny! Good price for such nice quality hair extension, will buy again!

I use moisturiser products on the hair itself because around 2 weeks in it started to get dry and matted (just like real hair)

I don't understand how someone would feel comfortable to send someone mixed matched hair
The hair came in two days with prime. I'm a lil puzzled about why they came in different packaging....I don't understand how someone would feel comfortable to send someone mixed matched hair. In one package (12") the curls are harder and thicker and is totally synthetic. The other pack (14") is softer but thinner curls real human hair. Not OK at all. Dont buy this stuff from this company please

I purchased this product and it was supposed to be 12 in but what I received it it was more like 8 in when pulled straight. It was horribly short. At the packaging label was of another brand. Look like the hair you would buy from the beauty supply store LOL. Never again

Not impressed
It is hard to do extensions for short hair, but these didn't blend at all. The color was accurate but it made me look like I had a mullet.

The hair was nice but the length is way off . I ordered the 12 but when i tried it on it was more 8 to 10 inches hence creating a short bob. will have returned but already opened package. also hair had strands of gray which had to be pluck out.

Disappointed
It smelled horrible if chemical when I received it, so I gave it a gentle wash. When it dried the curl/wave pattern had disappeared forever! :-((

Only put it in once so far but the color matched nicely (in transition from perm to natural). Blended really good with my hair, perfect length. Hubby even loved it and couldn’t tell.
