Je l’ai acheté avant mon projet bébé afin de commencer à me supplémenter en acide folique. J’en suis très satisfaite : il semble avoir parfaitement rempli son rôle, le tout à un prix très correct. J’ai respecté la posologie à la lettre.Les comprimés sont vraiment très petits, ce qui les rend particulièrement faciles à avaler, même lorsqu’on n’aime pas prendre de gros comprimés. Ils sont également sans goût, ce qui est un vrai plus. Un complément simple, pratique et abordable que je recommande pour une supplémentation en amont d’un projet bébé.
