I feel so much better when I’m taking these it really does help. I feel with keeping up your vitamin intake during perimenopause makes me feel a little bit more energetic, and I feel like I’m doing my body a good deed by taking them daily.

This product was not for me. Instead of helping with perimenopausal hot flashes and weight gain it did not help me lose any weight and it inflamed my hot flashes. This was after a month of use.
