It’s a deep sink, which is great for long hair. Feels very secure and sturdy. Very easy to put together too. The drain pipe is shorter than my other one, for me that’s great the water as can go directly into the bath, so drainage is quicker. My only dislike is the neck, my other one came with this plastic attachment , which was soft and supported my clients neck . So I took the old one and added it to this one.

Just one issue, the feet don't stay clipped in to the base & the whole thing wobbles, Missing the part with red circle. Can't contact seller, Amazon have asked if would like to return but too much of a faff. Other than that will be great product.

None of the parts fit or lock together. It seems as if all the parts except the basin have been sourced from other products from different warehouses and dumped into a box then shipped with a "that will do" attitude.

Just need a cushioned neck part, but all other aspect deserve 5 stars, I only put 3 star because the neck space it hard for back neck. Only that is problem, but evacuate water well, look cheap but when use it is good job.

Order this and was very disappointed as it all looked so good until I realised that the pole didn’t fit into the base. Will send it back and try ordering another one in the hope that they send the right size next time as apart from that looked really good.

Really easy to put together, not light or small enough to travel with but great for at home Just remember to weigh down the pipe for the water as the first time I did flood my bathroom

Easy to put together, bit flimsy both pipe and basin but ok. Got it for clients in wheelchair’s. Awkward at first but got the hang off it, haven’t tried a forward wash yet, hope it does the trick as well. Overall it’s made things a lot easier.
