Youthful skin and improved eczema
I was hoping for the best with this product, but was very skeptical as I truly believe there is no such thing as a "magic pill." My 17 month old son has a sulfur deficiency so we have to follow a very strict diet (as many components in food need a sulfur binder in order to be processed by the liver). If he eats too many foods with natural components that require sulfur, his eczema flares and his behavior suffers. However, all foods contain these components to some extent so it's impossible to avoid them completely, so his facial eczema still moderately flares. I bought this with hopes that the sulfur in this product may improve his eczema by binding with the toxins left floating in his body after the liver was unable to "finish the job." My son also has 16 confirmed food allergies, soy being one of them. Soy oil and lecithin are two of the ingredients in this product. However, they are both known to be refined enough that allergy sufferers don't typically react. I was leery, as it's not unheard of to react to soy oil or lecithin if your allergy is extensive enough. My son's allergy to soy is a class 1 allergy, so pretty low, and the other msm products contained almond, which he is also allergic to (class 2 allergy), which is a potentially more hazardous ingredient. This product was the safer bet and I really thought it may produce a noticeable benefit so I bought it, but of course approached with caution. I tested a little spot on his hand first. No reaction. Then I tested a little spot on his face. No reaction. Then I lathered it on his whole face, and I noticed two tiny little hives/blisters form on his lips that quickly vanished within a minute. Nothing else happened. That was enough for me to wipe it off, though. At the time of application, his "allergy bucket" was full, meaning he was already maxed out on the chemicals in food that he doesn't tolerate well, as I had cheated when I went out of town a day or two prior (breastfeeding, so he recieves the components in the food that I eat.) I didn't give up hope, just assumed based on past experiences that I perhaps needed to wait until his allergy bucket wasn't so full to try it again. In the meantime, I figured I would give it a go on my own skin. I don't have the greatest skin--tiny milia under my eyes on the thin layer of skin that developed after using Proactive in my early twenties (31 now), random pimples that had at one point been adult acne (now controlled mostly by diet), big pores, and slightly shiny skin that's usually oily to some extent, but not totally disgustingly, noticeably so. I have to use face wash for sensitive skin and Vanicream Lite lotion as it is the only stuff that doesn't cause overdrying or overly oily skin for me (overly dry skin and oily skin both directly and indirectly cause pimples for me.) The first thing I noticed after applying this product was that it did have sort of a "burn." Not a painful burn, just a slightly uncomfortable almost menthol on your face feeling. It went away after about a minute, and I only felt it that very first application. I was sort of expecting this though as one reviewer had mentioned the vitamin A content of the product having this effect, and I have sensitive skin. The second thing I noticed about this product was the way it felt when I started sweating. Gross. It felt thick and cakey, and like it was definitely clogging my pores. I wanted to immediately wipe it off but I left it, because I wanted to be able to make a well-informed decision about it. The next morning I woke up with surprisingly no new pimples. The third thing I noticed about this product was the morning of the second day. I woke up after applying it the afternoon after my shower and my skin literally looked YOUNG. Like, that's the only way I can describe it. It was completely even-toned (where usually it can be kind of pinkish here and there, not entirely noticeable to other people, but to me, yes.) My skin had a really healthy glow to it, too and I just remember looking in the mirror in shock. I hadn't seen my skin look that good in YEARS. I hadn't even bought the product for myself but I'm pretty sure it's exactly what my skin needed. I have to add that about a month before I tried this product I had completely changed my diet, and had eliminated table sugar, gluten, grains, and processed foods. (Focusing on whole foods.) My normal scattered pimples had completely cleared up on this diet. This is not a miracle product for acne, but when combined with the proper diet, it can seriously, seriously improve the quality of your skin. For whatever biological reason, mangos give me pimples, but they are so delicious and when they're in season and selling for 50¢ a mango, it is hard not to indulge. While using this product, I still got pimples from mangos, so it's not a "magic pill" as magic pills don't exist, but it definitely did it's part to noticeably put something back in my skin that was missing. (I'm guessing that if my son lacks sulfur maybe he, to an extent, got that from me?) Combined with proper diet, this product meets all of it's expectations. I have been using it for about a month, and it still does not cause pimples despite its texture, and creates that really even, young glow to my skin. Now, back to my son. I waited until his allergy bucket wasn't as full and tried the product again with no side-effects. He has been using it for a couple weeks now with no allergic reactions. It did improve the quality of his skin and his eczema flare shrunk to about half the size. His flares also don't last as long as they used to. He still flares, as he is sensitive to oxalates as well, which are not elimianted by a sulfur binder, so the product scientifically wouldn't work for that, but he is doing very well with it and I'm pleased with the results. We will continue to use this product, and to update its long-term results.

My skin feels *amazing* (Updated)
Let me preface this by saying that I almost never write reviews, but I'm compelled in this instance to do so. I received my MSM cream yesterday in the mail. I suffer from eczema on my legs, acne scars, and infrequent acne breakouts. I'd heard a lot about MSM in the last year and decided to try this out. I noticed an immediate difference in my eczema. My usually horribly itchy legs got instant relief when I applied this rich cream. It's such a great difference as I had previously tried everything from apple cider vinegar and coconut oil to medicated lotions. Hoping my irritated skin will be able to heal now that I'm not ripping it off by scratching in my sleep. It's too soon to say anything about my scars and mild acne, BUT even if it does nothing for those things I think ill stick with this stuff. Once it soaks into my face my skin feels so smooth and supple and full. I love it! It doesn't leave a greasy residue or make my skin feel congested like other creams can. I've also started taking MSM as a supplement in the hopes of doubling up the benefits from the inside, as well as dealing with my bad joints, asthma, and allergies (I know, I have a lot of problems). I'll try to remember to post an update further along with how things are going. **Update** So, it's been a month and I'm reordering the cream and adding an order of the bar soap as well. My eczema is very much under control and I've noticed that right after using the cream the tone and coloring of my skin is much better and more even. I was also starting to get a pimple in an area well-known for having awful, huge cysts appear three days ago. I washed my face as usual and put on my MSM cream, sure I would wake up with a horrible cystic pimple. Instead the bump was entirely gone and only a small red mark remained. I haven't noticed any difference whatsoever in my red or rolling acne scars, but I imagine those will take some time if anything is going to change. I'm hoping that adding the soap and continuing to use the cream and the supplement will create some sort of trifecta thing.

Great cream! Used for several years on sensitive skin
I love the healing properties of an MSM cream, and have been looking for the right moisturizer for my face for 20 years. I inevitably break out, and I found most creams and moisturizers to be too oily for my skin. I am delighted at how affordable the screen is considering how great it works. I have used it for several years now and my skin does not break out and the cream does not irritate my skin either. It’s a good creamy consistency, absorbs well into the skin and is odorless. The advice of another reviewer. I add a few drops of Rosehip oil and it makes it a little bit less watery and more substantial. It tends to hydrate my skin better, and I’m very pleased with the results. This is a great little cream! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is I’m not sure about how natural the ingredients are.

Might work best for those who have skin allergies
I disagree with reviewers who feel this product is too expensive. I paid half the price for 2 oz. of this compared to 1.7 oz. of my regular moisturizer (Oil of Olay Regenerist). Pros: This cream goes on nice and smooth. It did not cause my face to break out. Cons: The product evaporates (or absorbs into the skin) after applying it. It left my face feeling taunt instead of smooth. I'm glad I tried it, but I did not like it enough to buy again.

Amazing Product
This lovely, light skin cream is wonderful. I have very sensitive skin and after 6+ months of use, my skin is calm, clear and nourished. It absorbs almost immediately and leaves no residue on top of the skin...and it feels wonderful. I use it on my face and body. I HIGHLY recommend At Last Naturals MSM Skin Enhance Cream.

Excellent scar treatment
This is an amazing product. I rescued a young dog that had been hit by a car and had all the hair and skin scraped off its entire back when she was through healing. She had a scar about 2 inches wide, running down the top of her back and the vet had suggested surgery to draw the skin together to reduce the size of the scar But I googled scar reducer and this product popped up on Amazon. I have put this on her every few days and her long wide scar has been greatly greatly reduced. My vet is amazed. I haven't really used it on myself, but it keeps the skin on my dogs back soft and simple and I have been very pleased with this product.

I GOT TO SAY I HATE IT. this cream i searched for since the 1980 s has now i found has changed its formulation and and is greasier and wetter when it was sort of drier, and way better , and the beautiful live yeast it use to have in it that use to work immediately on your skin and beautify it , does not work, and shocked as i was is that evidently the makers despise the name JESUS or the word that this wonder working cream use to be called and i was there called BORN AGAIN. please i am not a lying customer or dumb, i know they changed there formulation in this cream of 2015 and had the audasicity to remove the label it carried it large letters in a 2 oz jar in black called BORN AGAIN . WHOEVER MADE THIS CREAM WAS A MESS IN A JAR. it also did nothing for my face like the one in the past, but now this formulation caused my eyes to tear and puff up bad and and the ingredients of the old born again was fabulous. i dont know if the company manager died or left or got some incompetant young folk and might hate the name of JESUS OR BORN AGAIN AS IT USE TO CALLED ON THE JAR and i know it and was there when it was that was the sentence of the jar i spoke of but this mess is horrible and iam afraid to ever put mess on my face it was once called . people you need to watch what these new uncaring your people are creating in these jars because may get a mess and lose money or worse. this mess , i never want on my face or around my eyes again.

My thoughts!
I have not sure how I feel about the product. My skin has definitely cleared up. Any acne that I had has completely vanished and my hyperpigmentation is starting to fade. Here are my concerns: The moisture of this product isn’t there. It’s almost like it drys the skin out. So I have been using Rose-hip oil with it to help keep my skin moisturized. The scent is fine, I honestly don’t smell much of a scent while using this product. The texture is thick and a little does go a long way. So don’t use a lot because you find yourself rubbing and rubbing. I am also using the MSM face bar as well. That might be a reason why I have been having dry skin. Overall I am going to continue using this product for the next 30 days to actually get real results.

Working on my acne scars
This product actually worked on my acne scars. Even though my skin is still recovering from the acne scars as they are very old...I have seen improvement. You have to use it regularly to see results. Use in combination with rosehip oil and mederma.

Personal review after 30 days of trial.
I have an oily texture skin and by looking at the reviews I thought to give it a try As I was dealing with acne scars but it didn’t work for me at all so I’m not planning to use this product further. Thanks.
