Solid deal for cheap claps!
I want the Istanbul Agop clap stack (obviously) but wasn't sure ehow wuse it would get. So I grabbed this uber cheap stack. It was well worth it. Sounds pretty good - great for the price.

Nice new sound to play with
Great addtion to the kit. I could not see spending crazy money on something that is meant to sound like stacked crappy cymbals. Here is a pic of the 15 stack next to a 12” spash for reference of the size with the bend. Highly reccomend you grab on of these, Sounds great in replacement of rim shots…

Great clap stack! Can’t beat the price!
Already used it in a gig and sound was phenomenal, clap is on point, not the loudest but cuts thru, makes you wanna play it!

Great for beginning drummer
My son needed a crash for his drum set and so we got this. He says it is fine, but a little tinnier than what he uses in his lessons. I think it works well for a beginner.

A tonal, vibrating mystery. Ouch!
A seasoned, once serious drummer. Way "disappointed". Cymbal tone is important and I thought I could get by with this 14" crash. Not! Cymbals are, or Should be Inherently Neutral in pitch and/or tone. They should "go with anything"-- so to speak. This Crash tone is "Gong-ish" and almost Alien. One hit made me squint my eyes. Seriously. I've been playing since 1965 and know better(?!) and saw that the reviews were well above average, enough so to take a chance for a "practice cymbal" Wrong. Beginners warning. A very Bad sounding cymbal can also discourage you. Bad sound is bad. Truth: A renown quality cymbal WILL ALWAYS SELL WELL, SECOND HAND IF A DRUMMER QUITS DRUMMING--ALWAYS! It's a safe investment! I will return and spend more on an Inspiring, not Depressing, quality cymbal. Sorry Arborea But, it actually sounds like a small cheap. low pitch gong, not a bright, "fill ending" exclamation point. Your Stainless steel (?) based alloy in a cymbal doesn't work well. As of now, this is a pizza plate with a drainage hole.

Best bang for the buck but…
It was too gold n shiny so some sand paper and salt vinegar mix patina’d just enough to fit the old cymbals. It dulled the sound just a bit which is good. Sounded good originally too. Beats paying $400 for a name brand Its surprisingly thin but works.
