Are these safe for babies to chew on when teething?

Yes, however there might be some loose threads you should be aware of.

Hi, are these machine washable? And, can you tumbledry them? Thanks, Leanne

Yes, machine washable. Instructions say don't tumble dry so we didn't. However they fell apart within weeks - wouldn't buy again. I've since bought some Ellyfante ones which are great, slightly bigger, much softer and so far still intact. Hope this helps.

So are these made out of 100% bamboo?

Yes they are made from 100% certified organic bamboo. Thanks for asking!

How are they dyed is this done in an environmentally friendly way?

so sorry I have no idea if the product was dyed in an environmentally friendly way.
