This is great Trimmer for facial hair
This is great Trimmer for facial hair.I usually use this to trim my eyebrows, upper lips and under the lips and chin. It works well for the maintenance of the shape of the eyebrows. It is very quick and efficient. It gives a close trim. I started as a novice just trimming the extra hair and now I shape my own eyebrows (No more visits to the parlor just to thread eyebrows). I have never cut myself and most importantly it doesn’t look like I have shaved (the lighter skin colour). The skin just looks natural and like your eyebrows are always in shape. Since it is so compact, You can take it when travelling. The slightly negative comment is that since this is a trimmer which as it says only trims, doesn’t remove the hair from the root. You will have to use it a little more often than visiting a parlor; it is still a great product.

Love this little tool....
I have just purchased my second one of these little beauties, as my previous one has started to ‘nip’ a little when I do my top lip, which isn’t bad considering it has lasted about 6 years, being used probably once a week.I do my eyebrows, top lip and a little around my chin and it keeps me fuzz free. It’s quick, clean and is just so easy to use. The batteries last absolutely ages too, this is an amazing buy.The top clips off and fits on with a little catch. For those reviews where it says it’s fallen off, or broken, it hasn’t, the top dies come off if not clicked on properly. It is exactly the same as the model I purchased over 6 years previously.

The bee's knees!
Wowee! A great little gadget that actually works! So far I'm really pleased. You can remove hair completely with this, all in the space of seconds. The eyebrow comb works too, especially at the shorter setting, and the attachment is easy to put on and sits firmly in use. Some of the other reviewers have said that the eyebrow trimmer isn't much good, but it's really worked for me, I zipped up two shapely eyebrows in a couple of minutes - brillient! You can fix it at different settings so you can have different eyebrow widths.Beats the pants off waxing strips. And you don't need to keep buying new supplies either. I am even impressed by the noise in operation, it's only a low buzz, not very noticeable at all. Two reasons for just 4 stars: no little bag to keep all the bits in, and using the trimmer can sometimes make you feel a bit sore, I think maybe because the tool edges could do with a bit more smoothing out. Apart from these points, it's a great little gadget, good work Philips.

Get it, don't hesitate
I cannot express how delighted I am with this product. I am female, 55 and have developed fine downy facial hair since the menopause; people say they don't see it but in the sunlight, oh I look like a polar bear! Anyway it arrived and I ripped open the packaging and tried the trimming head. It does feel a bit odd at first but it worked very quickly and very effectively. I then tried the trimming comb on my eyebrows and before using this I hadn't realised I was resembling Denis Healey/Patrick Moore in the eyebrow department but once I used it it was a really good change, I'm delighted. I tried the precision attachment but have not got to grips with this yet and feel I may end up with shaved eyebrow slits that seem to be fashionable now, but not on me I suspect.I wish I'd had this recently as I've just finished filming for a well known find a property in the sun programme and on return to a sun filled hotel room in the evening I discovered and unwanted hair and nearly wept as it'll probably show up and then be there on endless repeats.I am truly pleased with this item and will carry it with me at all times.

Magic Wand!
This is such a useful little item! I use it daily, and even have a spare one stashed in my handbag. It grooms all the hair you could possibly want without having to resort to tweezers or wax. I loved mine so much I have since bought them as gifts for close friends/family. The battery lasts a long time so you don't have to worry about it cutting out on you when you are away for work or on holiday. Cleaning is so easy and it looks discreet in a make-up bag or handbag. I can't recommend this item enough, and think everyone who likes to be on top of their personal grooming should have one!

Great for eyebrows
I have been using this trimmer for about 2 years now. I use it mostly to help keep my eyebrows in shape and trim the bit between my eyebrows. I have also used it on the odd chin hair and above my upper lip where it gets rid of any stray hairs effortlessly without leaving any signs of stubble. However, I don’t like to rely on it too much for this as it irritates my skin a bit and also seems to encourage faster regrowth in these areas.For the eyebrows, it is marvelous and so easy to maintain a good shape – my eyebrows have never been so tidy and I can do it just before applying make-up and have had no problems with skin irritation.The trimmer bizarrely comes with a pair of tweezers which are not that great – what really needed to be added to the package is some sort of carry case to keep all the bits together.As others have mentioned the blade does tend to fall out frequently, but it is easy to put back in place and I usually just use it as opportunity to give it a clean.Overall, I would recommend this product for its benefits – just don’t expect too much from it.

Great little gizmo!
I think I found out about this gizmo from Sali Hughes, who mentioned it in an article. It is great. Portable and convenient and it has saved me £££££ because I no longer have to make regular trips to the threading lady (I still go now and again) but not as often). It has been invaluable during lockdown and allowed me to be relatively normal-looking during zoom calls! I have bought several of these and have shared with friends and family. I've had my first one for at least a year and I haven't had to change the battery yet.
