The charger really intrigued me, as it consists of a 4-piece system, where you have the choice of a 3-pin UK plug AND 2-pin Euro plug, which can be removed/attached to the main adapter that has a USB slot, where the charging cable is inserted; only thing is, that the charging cable supplied/used, is NOT a USB Type-C Port, it is an older version that phones & cameras used to take - so it is recommended to keep it safe, just in case! I actually purchased a general electronics storage/travel bag that has adjustable dividers and straps, netting, pockets, etc... to store each of the cables/wires and the electrodes, the device and the manuals, neatly and conveniently and it was reasonably cheap but very good quality and perfect to store all the different parts + the extra (larger) electrodes (pads) that I purchased to be used with this device. The pads themselves are very 'sticky', in-fact, these are certainly the most adhesive pads I have come across (MUCH better than the Auvon pads - which keep peeling/falling off on the FIRST use!). These particular pads are so effective at their job, it takes some pulling to remove them once the session is completed! No skin irritation or itchiness and no residue after use; they can be used up to 50x times (each), before needing to be replaced by far, the best-quality pads out there! I only would have hoped that they included some of the 2"x4" pads instead of only 2"x2" ones - the bigger ones I have are the Auvon ones and they're terrible at staying on/in-place! (I wish that I had bigger ones from Med-Fit). The battery capacity is rather impressive! I used the machine for multiple LONG sessions, with relatively high-powered modes + intensities and it lasted for days on end! I have NEVER run out of battery unexpectedly. It takes about 2-hours to charge to a point where it can be used for up to a week+ (solely depending on usage) - so it does have a really decent battery. The machine will stimulate muscle tension but not make limb movement's. What about using spring loaded hand grips, you can get them at different load strength's. If you can close the grip the spring load will open it again so creating the two movements that you would seem to need. Strange sensation at first ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Does an OK job, but pain relief is very temporary *by T***Y on 12 February 2019* Edit. Just noticed that the item now for sale isn't the same as what I purchased or reviewed. Mine was for TENS and EMS. I use this to try and ease pain following a ruptured disk and whilst I was awaiting surgery. You need to play around with the electrode placements and settings to get the desired effect. I found that it eased the pain by blocking or interfering with the signal going to my brain, but when it stopped, the pain came back. Not saying it doesn't work, but I think for severe pain only strong drugs or corrective surgery will stop or ease pain for longer. You can adjust the strength of the pulse, the speed in which it fires on and off so it feels like tapping to buzzing and you can control the pause between pulse sessions. You do need to be careful using this as you could cause permanent nerve damage. I would also suggest speaking to a GP before using this especially if you have any actual or suspected heart problems. Runs off a 9v battery (supplied). Leads and pads supplied.
