Great product and supprt
So firstly, this came with a US plug. I then contacted support in the UK who have posted a new UK plug for me - amazing service. As for the frame itself, it is easy to use, easy for friends and family (you have allowed) to add photos and it looks great.

Non std. plug provided for uae
For uae a BS std 3 pin plug is not provided. Needs a conversion adapter to go from the 2 flat pins to the 3 pin 13a socket compatible plug. Pain.

EASY and Beautiful!
We bought this for my mom and my in-laws for Christmas so they could see digital photos of family whenever they wanted. I was worried that it'd be hard to use or that they wouldn't be able to figure it out. First, they don't even have to do anything if they don't want to. You as the one giving the gift can set up the entire thing for the recipient using the app. The app is incredibly easy to use and the pictures looks amazing. For anyone saying this is hard, I feel like the review can't be real or they've never used any app before. Another great thing is you can directly email to the pictures if you don't want to keep the app on your phone. Both my mom and my in-laws were able to figure out how to set it up without our help, were able to schedule when they wanted it to run, set the timing for the pictures, and upload their own pictures. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. Many thanks to Oprah for including it on her favorite things list. Perfect gift idea and we'll probably get one for our home soon, too!
