How do i get this to work with my 2014 fiat 500? it connects to my phone just fine but when i play anything with audio, there is no sound.

It works perfectly with my Hyundai ix35 and the sound is amazing. If your phone is already connected to your car Bluetooth it takes priority when you start the engine. What I do is just unplug the tunai usb for a second then plug it back in and the sound comes on.

Is there any audio quality loss ? (Comparing to the aux connection)

none that I have noticed. I have only used it in the car so far so not the best environment for determining sound quality but I can’t fault it.

Can you plug this straight into your phone?

This device is to wirelessly connect your phone to your car via Bluetooth; the USB and 3.5mm jack both plug into the car - USB powers the Bluetooth unit, the 3.5mm jack inputs the received data into the cars audio system
