Ka’Chava Whole Body Meal Shake Chai Vegan Protein Powder 2 lb 15 Servings

This is one of my favorite pea protein drinks. It’s very tasty and easy to mix I use a shaker cup. I like the chia. It has a lot of good ingredients. I have stomach issues and HH it seems healing and makes a meal for me that is nourishing.

The Ka'Chava chai flavor is awesome with Diamond almond milk with banana and vanilla to mix in the shakes, great for travels, trips, hiking, etc...great product.

Great flavor. Low carbs, the texture is easy to tolerate - it has a consistency of a thin milkshake . Its better when blended with a hand mixer or blender over stirring. After taking consistently I felt less fatigue and could get through my workouts easier.

Meets my nutritional needs by filling in gaps, freeing me from urges to consume junk while biding time between square meals. I share this meal shake with two others in household, consuming a shake once per day so it doesn’t last that long. Tastes good to me based on what I am getting in content. Drawback, the price. However, I am sharing my food source. I would opt for two shakes per day, but with two others in household it would be rude to consume a 2nd shake. later in day in front of them (they never turn down any offerings of food). If the item were less expensive I would purchase 2 - 3 packages at a time. I’m on a budget.

Good shake. Tastes a little funny.

When they advertise that they perfected this nutrition powder they meant it! This stuff tastes great. It's like a treat when you make it with oat milk or almond milk. I was surprised to learn that when you mix it with just water, it's just as good. Its creamy, not grainy. The flavor is great. I've tried the vanilla and the chai. I can't decide which one I like more. It is rather expensive, but for the taste and the nutrition value I'd say it's worth it. I noticed a real difference in the way my hair grew and the way my nails became strong and started to finally grow long without peeling cracking or breaking. They haven't grown in years and when they do they tear right away. A measurable difference in my health when I started drinking one a day. I would never buy another brand of protein/ nutrition shake again.

The taste of this drink is awesome, however even thought I put it in the blender, it doesn’t liquify completely so you always swallowing little chunks. Even the blender doesn’t take the chunks away.

I don't love the flavor, but I could possibly have gotten past that if it weren't so gritty.
