**Q: How do you fit the refill?**
A: Hello,

 Where the pen nib is you literally unscrew that part which your see clearly and undo it and you can then pull the refill out and replace with the spares you get with your pen. 

A Simple job few seconds max. Great design and works a treat. 

Please note,

The actual  chrome tip that you unscrew is small so don't lose it, trust me its easily done 😀

**Q: what size refils do you need to buy please for these?**
A: Check out the true utility website as they sell the specific ones for their own pens . I do not believe that standard refills would be useable.

**Q: Why does the picture at the top of the listing look like a different product to the one in the details lower down?**

As it's name and title suggests a genuine TRUE product, retractable pen with magnet lid to go on a key ring, the magnet "lid/keyring" part stays attached and you pull the pen out and extend to use. Came with a large TRUE keyring and 3x replacement pen ink refils To note the refils are small, I would imagine if you used it regularly it would run out fairly quickly. Pen writes okay, isn't a mont blanc, otto hut, lamy but think bic biro type flow.

Good little pen and very handy to have at all times. Writes well, only downside is that due to size, the ink runs out quickly if used a lot.
