Allergies? Crohn's? *by S***D on Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2012* I have moderate allergies and sometimes get stuffy sinuses. Besides making a smoothie with this stuff and a frozen banana in the morning, whenever I get stuffy I mix a batch of this stuff with some water or some almond milk or whatever and it blasts the stuffy nose better than decongestant drugs. Even if you avoid milk, read up on RAW milk (which is hard to buy because of regulations) - and then try some of this. Cold-processed and organic PLUS goat's milk has smaller molecules and doesn't trigger allergic reactions.Also managed to get my Crohn's under TOTAL management by using this stuff. I know people who've had their lives ruined by Crohn's. And the cure is worse than the disease especially with Crohn's. This stuff made mine go away. Simple as that. My 1 year old was still bottle feeding at the time and we were weaning him off of formula into cereal using bottles. So we were making cereal bottles (half cereal/half milk or water).
