Good simple fun
this is a fantastic family game. Our 6 yr old Grandson loves it and its really upped his reading skills by calling out the birds. I see there are other topics and am tempted to buy another one!

Ideal family game
Who doesn’t love a game of bingo, it’s competitive and quick. I love that’s it’s both colourful and educational.

Excellent quality and beautiful diagrams
Actually I had bought this for my second language English pupils at school, so usually I wait until I have tried it out with them, but I have to say that the illustrations are very good, the cardboard good quality, plenty of choice, but I agree with another reviewer that it would have been better if some of the more everyday birds had been included. I already have large colourful plastic counters to use, so it will not matter if the ones included in this set are disappointing. Many games have very childish drawings, but these are good, and accurate as far I can tell. I was pleased to read a few notes about the birds, not that I shall use them at school, but merely for my own interest. Quite expensive but overall good quality. I might add more comments after I have tried the game with pupils ranging from eight to fifteen. I have also bought the Ocean set.

Fun and slightly educational game.
Simple game, essentially bingo, so no gaming skills involved, bought for a 6 year old and fun to play. Neat boards and a wide range of realistically illustrated birds, in alphabetical order. Involves reading, matching, using the alphabet and learning bird names.

I bought it for my 2 years old son,he loves birds and now know them all by heart. He can really play with it for 10 minutes, after he is not patient/concentrated enough, but he loves to see the birds and we have to play every day multiple times. It is a great quality boardgame if you want to start play real games with your kid, or just for fun with whoever likes birds.

When designing this game they really made sure to pay attention to every detail, even the tile bag has bird silhouettes printed on the muslin. The set has 12 cards which makes it good for a large group or multiple cards per player. The bird names are written below each illustration in a clear and legible manner so even kids are able to see them easily. The booklet that is included also has facts about the birds in the game so it makes a good educational break between Bingo sessions. Really, the whole thing is a great way to learn bird names and identifying features.

Go for it if you have kids below 8 without any second thought Older kids may not play for long

Great family fun for mixed ages. Pictures and names are not 'giveaways', it takes focused looking to identify whether you have the bird being called, and that's a good thing: it kept up interest for even our 7 year old caller for 3 consecutive games. Good quailty pieces, board and pictures. Birds are from around the world and include many with funny and unusual names.
