I have been using this for years and it is a truly fantastic product. The trick I have found to get the best performance is to shower at night and apply this whilst your underarms are still wet. Also make sure to be really cleansing the underarms well to be removing bacteria buildup. If you want to be squeaky clean, you can use an antibacterial cleanser as a second cleanse after your regular shower gel. What I like is that there is no fragrance here to be mingling with moisture, that's always what I hated about conventional deodorants or even natural cream or roll on deos. It applies like nothing, feels like nothing on the skin (no stickiness or product buildup) and you will just smell like nothing. It will last you ages, I think my last one took 10 months to go through and it was the travel size - how impressive is that! Do you want to be buying a can of deo every few weeks (and chucking that packaging) or buy one that lasts months on end? Unbeatable value for money. Plus the plastic free option is just fantastic, you can pop it in a little dish in your bathroom and it will allow it to dry after use. The travel size in plastic packaging really is great too.

It's so easy to use, very effective. Absolutely no smells and better still no clogged pores because it's not full of gunk that clogs up your skin. I absolutely love it. Also one deodorant lasts for absolutely ages. Highly recommend

Trying to go plastic free and this seems like a good product to have. It's takes away smells but does not stop you from sweating. I'm happy I only have 4 stars as one of my bars was broken into a few pieces unfortunately.

I actually came across this by accident. I saw an advert on Instagram for a crystal deodorant in a fancy dispenser, but it was pretty expensive. It instantly reminded me of something that happened nearly 30 years ago when I was travelling around the world. I met a guy in Thailand who showed me a natural crystal deodorant, and all you did was wet the crystal and rub it under your arms. He told me it would revolutionise deodorants one day. I’d completely forgotten about it until I saw that advert. Instead of buying the expensive one, I searched Amazon to see if I could find the same thing cheaper and ended up buying this. I’m so glad I did because it’s absolutely brilliant. It works incredibly well, lasts all day and there’s no perfume or sticky residue. Just wet it, apply it and that’s it. I’ve also tried brands like Fussy, but that gave me an allergic reaction under my arms. With this, I’ve had no irritation at all. The only thing I regret is not listening to that guy in Thailand all those years ago. If I’d bought one back then, I could have avoided 30 years of aerosol deodorants and all the unnecessary chemicals that go with them. One crystal lasts for ages as well, so it’s fantastic value for money. I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wow! So I’m a sporty type of bloke who doesn’t sweat loads but, like most of us I get stinky pits if I wasn’t to shower or change my t shirt every day! I bought this because I just wanted natural and not to throw loads of spray into the environment. I also dislike the smell of many deodorants which are a bit overpowering and restrict actual sweating which obviously isn’t healthy. I read a few reviews and noted the “ do on a wet arm pit for 20 seconds or so” tip . The wet arm pit thing is a must. I get out the shower and use it ( for about ten seconds on each arm pit). It’s like rubbing a smooth pebble on your skin as it’s not all soft like traditional roll ons or wet, like the ball type ones. I did find that I ended up shaving my arm pits a bit with my beard trimmer (not very manly maybe but I actually quite like it now!) it made putting it on much easier and more pleasant. The results! Well I have to say it’s a great product. Samantha my partner had a few days of having to begrudgingly smell my armpits with the statement “ smell me Sam!, what do you think ?” This scientific test resulted in a positive result every time with no odour at all. Result ! I was so impressed I thought I’d do a test ( without sam’s knowledge ). I wore a black t shirt for a day and, being odour free I wore the same t shirt again ( plain black so Sam did t notice my rather minging test ).. on the morning of day four I detected a very sleight odour on my t shirt and decided not to push my relationship into this fourth experimental day. But it lasted three full days with no whiff whatsoever. I still sweat as normal ( not very sweaty ) which is healthy but no smell whatsoever even after running , gym , cycling etc. There is also zero white marks which I always get ( those horizontal lines on a t shirt after using spray deodorant ) no staining on black t shirts. Ok so I now live alone with the cat after Sam ran off with the postman saying she didn’t want to be part of this ground breaking science experimentation, but, I don’t smell. Two months on and the stick has hardly gone down at all. I use once a day after my morning shower and it seems not to get any smaller! I dry it after each application on the towel I use which sounds grubby but the towel has been all over my clean sparkling body anyway and the stick is hard like a rock and isn’t like a roll on. The only negative is the plastic container but! It’s still a reduction on impact to environment as it last so long and will have at least halved the amount of plastic used on my pits in a year. You can get it without the plastic and maybe my conscious will get the better of me, Probably around the time Amazon stop sending small items in boxes big enough to put my house in :-). Conclusion. Get this product if you want to have happy odour free pits and be kind to your skin and the environment. I won’t be going back to cloggy arm pit hair and white marks again :-)

I really really really want to give this 5 stars but I just did not get on with it at all. My two sisters swear by it, one of which plays rugby on a regular basis, which is why I've given it the 3 stars. Really gutted because I loved the fact I could chuck it on straight after a shower, the stick looked like it would last a long time, it dried quick, and was fragrance free. Maybe I will try the roll on version next and see if that's a better match.

One the best deodorant I’ve ever used. Leaves no residue, I know it says deodorant but it’s more an antiperspirant, so the effectiveness of this deodorant is absolutely amazing , lasts the whole day, the application is easy apply whilst your armpits are still wet.

Can't even use it, it's very Strong like a rock, never seen a rollon like this! And to think I have to use it for my kids it's a no no. No sents at all just a rock not good that is not a rollon, am not supposed to give it a star, but is like I must give a star if I must rate it

Me ha sorprendido su eficacia. Me llegó el 26 de mayo, ese mismo día ya lo probé y me ha dado buenos resultados. Aguanta bastante trote; yo me suelo duchar por la mañana después de entrenar y me está aguantando hasta el día siguiente pero ya el entreno no lo aguanta, lo cual es mucho más de lo que esperaba. Respecto a la duración si soy un poco escéptico, no creo que con una pasada o tres como dicen ellos sea suficiente (supongo que también depende de las circunstancias). En mi caso hago 5-6 pasadas circulares y con esta premisa, funciona a la perfección. Cuando se me acabe el producto editaré el comentario para dejarlo reflejado.

I began reacting to "regular" deodorants about 2-3 years ago and was struggling to find a natural alternative. I'd have to continue using products that irritated my skin as I cannot, not use deodorant. Yuck!. Anyway, stumbled across this a few months ago and thought I'd give it a shot, I had nothing to lose. I use it in thw morning straight after a shower, a few mornings a week I will wipe my pits with alcohol wipes after I've dried them then apply the salt. I absolutely love it. I still sweat, that's normal but I don't feel sticky or stinky at all! If you shave your pits, do that the night before, DO NOT shave and then apply this. Giiirrrrlll! You know the saying rubbing salt in a wound? Well, this is literally rubbing salt into thousands of micro wounds. The sting ia next level! Don't do that! But, do buy this (maybe not from Amazon though). Now, as for Amazon... the listing clearly states it's for 2 90g units. The first delivery I got there was only 1. I don't need, a new stick but was getting other things and thought I'd grab it again via the same 2 90g unit listing and what do you know? Only one had arrived again! Not happy! Such a shame, now I need to find somewhere else to get this or just change brands because I clearly can't rely on Amazon to supply what's stated in the listing.

For those looking for deodorant without aluminum this is not the right option. It still contains potassium alum which is just another type of aluminum. Besides, for few times I used it I didn't notice any change in my smell and the crystal smells like my armpit. Too much hussle with cleaning this thing.
