Good value for money. Good sound quality. Good looking.
Good sound quality as per Betron reputation. Not the biggest bass (like say B750s) but sensible and present. Not the loudest. Good ovalised ergonomic fit for my ears. Wires are (finally) not the dreadful silicone rubber covered version which grabbed everything. Good stuff.

Punch above their weight!
I'm a bit old-school and prefer using in-ear wired earphones over fancy Bluetooth wireless ones - can't be dealing with the whole recharging or losing them if they accidentally fall out - I saw a young girl on a bus frantically trying to find one of her earpieces that had fallen out and dropped behind some seats in front - but sadly, to no avail! I needed a new pair of in-earphones to replace an old set I'd had for a number of years and was specifically looking for ones in the "£20 or under" price range. I tried the Marley ones - they had a great cord on them and a nice wooden design, but the sound lacked a certain depth although they were very clear in the treble tones. I tried the Sony MDRs, they were a great fit but seemed somehow rather flimsy and lacked power. I've tried the Panasonic red and black ones, although they look a little cheap they have pretty good robust sound but again the cable is incredibly poor and flimsy. Finally I came across these and I'm pleased to say that they tick all the boxes!! Their design and shape reminded me of some Sony noise-cancelling (not just noise isolating) ones I'd had with a state of the art MP3 player They're very comfortable to wear for longer periods, pack an even punchier rich sound with all of the bass, mid tones and treble - no it wasn't me going deaf having to turn the volume right up with the other makes of earphones, they just were nowhere as powerful! And with the right selected silicon ear tips these ones block outside noise pretty amazingly like noise cancelling earphones. The wire is thick and doesn't tangle into knots and the 3.5mm jack plug connector seems pretty heavy duty - time will tell. I specifically like the fact you have the volume up and down buttons on the mic which many in this price range don't. They're great value for the £12.99 they're selling for, and in my opinion are worth much more. The little pouch to keep them in is also a really nice touch.

Cheap and cheerful.
If you're looking for a cheap earphone set for casual use then these are perfect. Don't buy if you're looking for quality premium noise cancelling earphones with ultra performance audio quality because you'll be dissapointed. I originally purchased these because I like to listen to ASMR as night so I went for a cheap set incase they broke in the night or I lost them etc. They do sound "tinny" to an effect but bass seemed better than I expected, but no where near premium. I have listened to these on the train once before and they were sort of "ok" at blocking out sounds around me but I did have complaints from my family members that there is definetly sound leak at certain volumes. The design is sleek actually, a really nice finish on the the earbud themselves. The volume control section feels and also the headphone jack is nicely finished off in a hard plastic material with grooves for grip if you so need it. Inside the box the earphones came with an array of ear tip type sizes and were fine at removing the stock ones and fitting the smaller ones for my ears. Haven't tried the microphone on these for calls but can imagine its like many earphones for this price bracket and just "meh". All round good if you're looking for a cheap set to use occasionally or if you're not worried about them breaking or being lost.

I was looking for a good set of reasonable priced earphones as my current ones ...
I was looking for a good set of reasonable priced earphones as my current ones died, I found these betron earphones which i never heard of, from the pictures they looked good and from the spec side of things they seem to be up there, As I'm a part time music producer i know its not about the price. For example go buy a pair of beats at retail price £150 plus for what they say a good set. all you get is a lot of low end freqencies that detroy any mid or high freqencies there is no clarity. A good set of earphones will have a good freq responce from 15hz to 25khz or more 15hz been a low freq and 25 been a high freq. Anyway I brought these betron i wasn't expecting to much. they came next day, i got to say the packaging was really good they gave some thought into packaging, they also come with a small earphone bag with two lots of ear buds one set transparent and the other a solid color. you dont get that with a lot of top brand earphones. but most importantly how did they sound well what can i say they are extremly loud depending on the phone mp3 player etc i say louder than the top brands, the bass is really good this doesnt not kill other freqencies which is a good thing the mid and high are really good which gives these earphones a good balance. for sound quality they are with the top boys of the headphone world. the over all quality of the product is bang on the build quality is amazing (british engineered), they are crafted beautifully in metal ,they also sit comfortable in your ears with out falling out, I didn't have to change to small or larger buds. I think these are the best budget earphones money can buy at the moment I'm confident you won't be disappointed with these, i would definitly buy these again.

Whoever gave these 5 stars for sound quality needs their ears testing
Ok first things first, I paid £11.99 for these so I'm not expecting audiophile quality, and any review of headphones is subjective, I can only comment on my own experience versus decades of in ear phone use across countless brands ad models. So, positives first, price ofcourse - I've bought cheap chinese headphones that have failed or been so bad I've given them away to the kids or binned them. These are not in that camp. Build quality, seems ok - only had them a few hours but the headphone jack is sturdy, the cable seems robust and looks to be anti-tangle. Fit - I put on he largest ear tips and they fitted snugly and comfortably straight away Negatives Sound quality - I chose these from the large array of Betron models due to the user reviews, but I've been bitten by this before on Amazon so my recommendation for subjective stuff like this is to seek out better review sources from people who specialise in this area and know there stuff... as these are not that good audio wise compared to some of the rave reviews on here. I know audio devices need time to "run in" so hopefully these will get better but on first listen, it was like someone was playing the sound through a pair of old tights - the midrange is definitely suffering at the expense of the bass and treble - for me, this meant listening to music was inferior to my usual Senneiser CX1.00 buds (which are £24.99 usually). Personally I would pay the extra for the improved sound as that's my main criteria for headphones. I am keeping these ones however as I mainly use them for spoken word such as podcasts and for this they are fine - infact the sound profile actually gives the speaker a nice rich sound. If you want them for music mainly, I'd say consider something a bit better. The other gripe I have is with the headphone cable - the rubbing sound when moving transmits to your ears so if you can use the clip to keep the wires away from your clothing. So in summary, for the price they are decent - good for spoken word - but don't read the reviews and think you'll get the best headphones you've ever heard for the price they are (unless you've only ever listened to rubbish headphones or need your ears syringing :-) ).

Humble pie eaten these are brilliant (updated review)
Update on my review, on submitting feedback to Betron they promptly despatched another set, great customer service the replacement set just the same but I did another comparison with my JVC set to give further feedback and then thought Doh ! Let's try taking the rubber covers off the JVC and put them on the Betron as they fit my ears really well. Revelation the Betrons exploded into life massive difference probably 10% more bass than the JVC much much better sound so I can now thoroughly recommend these but experiment with the covers. Delivery was pretty good considering it was during the latter days leading up to Xmas, the packaging was indicative of a quality product so far so good so on to the real test. First impressions awful, no bass very tinny sound. O.K let's not make a knee jerk reaction being used to earbuds the fit is crucial so let's try getting a snug fit. They don't go very far into the ear so the choice of buds is key. The ' phones come with 3 different sizes the ones on my set were large sized and I have tons of different covers having ordered a set of bretton spares plus the ones that come packaged. Now here's the thing the drivers are oval shaped which means some of them don't fit, frustrating ! Tried a few different sizes and material, foam, silicone soft and firm still not getting any bass. These are going back absolute rubbish but I persevered and found a set that gave a better seal and at last bass not profound bass as per a lot of reviews (from which I headed my purchase) but an acceptable sound so for the money I have decided to keep them. These are not as good as my previous JVC xtreme explosive earbuds but they are ok at the price point around £12 if I had purchased at the 'original' selling price approx £50 then they would have been returned. To sum up buy them as a back up or if you want something ok to listen on your commute. Take the 5* reviews with a pinch of salt or maybe they might fit you better and blow you away ..Doubt it though. Personally I would tell you to avoid and go with the JVC

Good for the price
Good product. Noise canceling is good but could be improved. Sound ok but lacks of volume.
