Q: what is lowest accurate pressure readings i need accurate readings from 1-10 psi

I use it on my car which needs a pressure of 2.3bar. the gauge reads to 60psi and 1 to 10 is only about a centimetre so not what I would say suitable for you, sorry.

Q: It doesn't seem to secure in place and it leaks air out. Did anyone have success with this?

Need to screw the brass bit tight onto the gauge is one issue, as if loose, air can escape there. The other issue is that, the end that goes onto the valve does not fit my car valves. It does fit the valves on my caravan, which are wider mouthed to take tyre pressure sensor caps. I keep it for them as they go up to 60psi and it is then accurate
