The product is exactly as described and fits perfectly in my 6 inch gully where it is replacing and old rusted and broken iron covering. Looks good and the design appears superior for stopping smaller leaves and rubbish blocking the drain. Well worth trying and good value considering the price is for two.

My landlord's drain guard is the old fashioned iron type, rusted in position and so rusty that there is little space for water to get through. Lately I've been having to unblock it about once a month, and it's a difficult job because of all the rust. These stainless steel covers fit on top of the old one and sit on it very nicely. They are easy to clean off, easy to lift up and they do a great job.The only potential down side that I can think of is that they are so light and flat that they could easily become displaced during a flood.

Excellent! Fit my 5 square drains perfectly - 15cmx15cm (6ins x 6ins). I have cleared the drains of leaves. fitted these and then put the original grills on top in keeping with the house. Have to wait and see how they perform over this autumn and winter but I have to say all looks promising. Good quality, good price, well packaged and delivered by Hermes. I just need a round one now - any suggestions? Would definitely recommend but MEASURE YOUR DRAINS FIRST to avoid being disappointed. Hope this is helpful.

I have recently bought a new house with two drain covers required for one drain and the awkward thing being that one of them is an irregular size. With some heavy duty tin snips, I cut one of these covers to fit exactly and could even round off the corners. (The ugly black plastic one that someone has previousy attempted to cut to size before not only looked horrible but had just ended up down the drain). A little strange perhaps to get excited about drain covers but these look absolutely fabulous (for drain covers) and do a much more effective job. Very pleased with them.

I should have read the description properly. They are a great idea however are only small so doesn't fit my drain totally. I ended up having to purchase the bulky drain covers as well. Mind you together they stop my drains blocking up with leaves.

I love these drain covers. Yes, you read right. They look good and are fit for purpose. They cover an average size drain and stop leaves and other debris from falling into the drain. Excellent product and price. I could not find anything similar in any of the big DIY shops.

These drain covers are lightweight but well-made of, what seems to be, a good grade stainless steel. These needed minor adjustment on my grinding wheel to fit the drain hopper-heads but this took only a few minutes. The corners needed to be further rounded-off and small notches were needed to secure a neat fit. Otherwise a good solution to keeping small debris out of the drains.

Happy with product, price and delivery time. I've used these at the front of my house because of the number of leaves in the Autumn and they reduce the likelihood of my drains becoming blocked and make leaf removal easier so bought some for the back garden. Would recommend.
