Can i use this pen to draw over acrylic paint to highlight a painting ?

I believe you can! The pen goes very well.

Can this pen be used as white out?

It can blot out ink but would take serval layers. I have used it on black biro but would say it's more of a last resort if you don't have any tipp-ex. I wrote over it once the ink had dried for the third time. Alas, you can still tell there is/was something else written in the same spot.

Hi, will the pen be suitable for making highlights on a drawing?

I would say yes, the ink is pretty opaque and performs very well on both black and kraft (brown paper) the ink flow is excellent, so I would imagine it would work well as a highlight.. hope this helps :)

Is the ink waterproof and fade resistant?

As far as i know it is waterproof but as to fade resistance i don't know.
