I am doing this review 6 months after using it to give an accurate idea of the longevity of this product.I moved into a house which had small pools of water on the basement floor each time there was heavy rain. I tried a few other solutions first including just painting over it in damp paint which obviously didn't work. I then bought this stuff and although it doesn't go as far as I might like and the smell is rather strong until it's totally dry, it has 100% fixed my problem! 6 months down the line and lots of heavy rain and not a drop has come through. I can't recommended this stuff enough if you want a simpler option than messing about trying to fit a plastic membrane or something similar. I now have a fully functional utility room in my basement thanks to this product.

Excellent Stuff
Did my utility room and bathroom floors and walls with this product and tape for edging/joins. Worked really well and can be applied quite thickly. Dried well left overnight and dehumidifier helped. Well worth the money. Used after floorboards in new house replaced due to rotting/leaking bath & washer, wanted to be sure this wouldnt happen again. Managed to get it on skin and in hair but easily removed, no irritation. Washes out of clothing if rinsed immediately. Great stuff.
