I bought this Himalayan salt with my Neti Pot, it is perfect - of a good quality, dissolves immediately in warm as well as cool water (no need for too much steering) and works just well with your body's physiology. My nose feels clean after using it and this salt has never irritated it (it may happen if you use simple table salt), which is key, particularly when you're battling a cold and your skin is sore. The size is also a big plus - I've had it now for more than 1 year and I have not used even half yet (both me and my partner use this several times a day if we catch a cold and he uses it during the summer season to relief the allergy symptoms).

I've been buying this neti salt for years because it's such good quality. I've never had any issues with grit or impurities in it. It dissolves easily, and I find using it helpful.

I use this salt for sinus problems and it does seem to help clear my blocked nose, it does come with a handy measuring spoon inside the pot. Be careful not to use to much at once, it can sting quite a lot inside your nose if it is too strong. The salt pot is a good size and will last a long time.

After having an awful time with a different product which was a pink salt I bought this one. It’s perfect for sinus flush especially if you have a sensitive nose. The pink salt didn’t dissolve fully where this one does. The pink salt burnt and stung causing my eyes to go red; this one doesn’t. I had a very horrible stinky sinus infection for over a year; nothing the doc gave me would shift it. For those who have the same problem understand just how smelly an infection can get; now imagine having to walk around with that truly disgusting smell, it’s with you everywhere you go. What’s even more weird is only you can smell it. The doc gave me a new treatment to try and suggested a neti pot for a good flush. I can say using this salt to flush the sinus has made all the difference. It only took a week to get rid of that disgusting smell. I highly recommend this product especially if you have a sensitive nose. Finally no more smell and no more bright green stuff leaking from my nose.

I cannot rate this highly enough. I'm have used other similar salts for rinses in the past. They left a slight odour in the nose. Not unpleasant, but not preferable. This salt does not do that at all, and does the job wonderfully well. I used it everyday. 5 star.
