Q: Are these clamps suitable for wood lamination processes?

Hello, Yes, they are suitable for lamination process. I have laminated White Oak 60mm x 12mm to Red Pine 60mm x 20mm with great results. Optional to this I used another piece of timber on edge 30mm x 70mm to retain straightness and even out pressure along with multiple clamps.I researched for a fair while before buying these a while back and I'm a tradesman with exacting standards. Would definitely recommend these. Hope this is of help.

Q: Would four of these be okay to hold a door onto a workbench while sawing while sawing (using a circular saw) and (hand or electric) planing

If the bench is as wide (or nearly as wide) as the width of the door then 4 will be more than able to hold the door to the bench securely.

Q: What are the dimensions of the matal bar (wide X thick) I want to know if it's small enough to poke throug the clamp hole on my mitre saw?? Thanks

The bar on the 300mm clamp is 13mm wide by 5mm thick
