Perfect for post surgery nasal rinses
Perfect! Recovering from Septoplasty surgery and started doing the rinses after 1 week, such a relief. Easy to use, plenty of sachets and will order more. Nose feels clean, starting to breath more clearly and having the sachets all pre-made saves a lot of bother!

A total game-changer for breathing clearly
I’ll be honest, the idea of squirted water up my nose sounded pretty uncomfortable at first, but after using this for a week, I’m a total convert. If you suffer from hay fever, sinus pressure, or just feel "blocked up" all the time, this thing is a life-saver. The Experience: It’s surprisingly easy to use. You just fill the bottle with distilled or previously boiled (and cooled!) water, mix in one of the saline sachets, and you're good to go. Unlike some of the battery-powered machines, you have total control over the pressure just by squeezing the bottle. It doesn't sting at all—as long as you use the provided salt packets, it feels completely natural. The Results: The amount of "stuff" this clears out is honestly shocking. I’ve noticed a massive difference in how I breathe at night, and it has significantly cut down on that heavy, pressurized feeling in my face during allergy season. It feels like it’s actually cleaning the dust and pollen out rather than just masking the symptoms with a spray. Pros: • Simple & Effective: No complicated parts or batteries to worry about. • Soothing: The saline mix is perfectly balanced—no burning sensation. • Great Value: The bottle lasts a long time and the pack comes with plenty of sachets to get you started. Cons: • The "Look": You definitely want to do this over a bathroom sink, as it’s not the most glamorous process! • Water Quality: You have to be diligent about using the right type of water (don't use straight tap water). Verdict: I wish I’d started using this years ago. It’s a simple, drug-free way to keep your sinuses clear, and it works better than any decongestant pill I’ve tried. If you’re on the fence because it looks "weird," just try it once—your nose will thank you.

Relief, easy to clean, and no giant mess!
Fantastic! Easiest system I’ve used! Soothing relief. I’ve suffered from “allergy nose”, sinus headaches and general discomfort ENT discomfort for almost 60 years. I have tried various neti pots off and on for approximately 15. I always give up due to complications (read: laziness) with keeping things disinfected and wearing more saline solution on my top than makes it into my nose. This bottle is so, so much better. You have no idea. I will never be cured of my allergies, but rinsing my sinuses in the evening feels so freaking soothing, especially when the air is dry but allergens abound. The hardest part for me was reading the teeny print of the instructions, but that’s my normal, so no biggie, but *do* please fully read the instructions. I use *cooled* boiled tap water from my kettle and the included sachets. Right now just one sachet. No burning. No drowning feeling. No mess. I would use distilled water if there were a screw on funnel, but no luck. Tap water is fine as long as it has been boiled the recommended amount of time and allowed to cool. Before first use and after each use, I clean the bottle and cap with attached straw with tap water and dish soap per included instructions and microwave empty for 40 seconds to disinfect. After a few days, I bought the drying rack thing-a-ma-bob and highly recommend that, too. I’d say we’re talking 30 minutes from start to finish tops as a newbie. Remember, this will not cure you of seasonal allergies or those due to pet dander and basically life itself, but as an adjunct to my prescribed steroidal nasal spray, it’s so, so nice.
