I cannot recommend these enough. I started to take these after a diagnosis of PCOS. I hadn't had a period for around 20 weeks when I started. Ive now taken these for just over a year and have had regular 29-31 day cycles since. I have other friends whom I've recommended these to and have become pregnant after a few months. It hasn't helped me in my fertility journey as such, but having regular periods is a massive step forward for me.

I can truly recommend Zita West. After few months of taking them my body started to balance all my crazy hormones. I can pin point exactly all stages of my cycle. Fingers crossed next step health baby :)I keep recommending Zita to all my friends and family. However many people think these supplements are to expensive. However I personally think you can’t put a price on a goal like this!

I took these for a few weeks before and during my first cycle of IVF. Whilst I can't attribute the success purely down to these vitamins, I believe it is the best product on the market, namely down to the additional ingredients similar products on the market don't have - such as Pomegranate Extract, which has been discussed as aiding implantation. You can have peace of mind when taking these vitamins, alongside a healthy diet, that you're giving your body the best support it needs when you are trying to conceive.The only issue - having to remember to take three a day.

Just finishing my first bottle of this. About to purchase a second bottle. It has not worked yet but I have faith that this I should a quality product to support fertility.Just for reference this product makes your urine illuminous yellow, please don't be concerned.

Think these are the best prenatal vitamins on the market using some of the more absorbable forms of vitamins eg. 5-MTHF instead of cheaper folic acid. Vendor needs to update the picture as I believe the contents have changed for the better. Also uses B12 methylcobalamin not cyanobalamin which is like cyanide. Falls short of a few items which you'll have to supplement eg. Vit E, magnesium, calcium, B3 and B6. Along with a bunch of other supplements and a healthy diet, I am finally pregnant after 4 months of trying and will continue with these throughout the pregnancy. Thanks Zita West!

I am currently pregnant writing this after using this product this year to contribute to good egg health. I also took Impryl for 3 months last year. I have a low AMH and am an ex cancer patient. It is still possible to conceive successfully.

The product is very good quality,but price went to high from before with plastic package. I know plastic is not ideal,but can't pay so much just gor a change of packaging.
