Fantastic gift! What I really love about this more than other similar toys is that these feel and looks more classy. A lot of the similar toys look cheap and nasty to be quite frank but this doesn't! Not only that but each 'toy' can actually be used as a real bit of kit! This can help train your child into doing mini chores which will benefit them when they are older. Another great feature about this toy is that the design is elegant and stands tall, therefore not taking up too much space unnecessarily.One more point that I may add is that it's very stable and roughly the size or a toddler. Pros: - Elegant design using the appropriate amount of space. - Can be used in real-life situations. - Manufactured well and strong. Cons: - I am genuinely struggling to think of a con (I am usually good that this!) but one possible fallback is the limited choice of colours.

I’m a massive fan of Melissa and Doug and these don’t disappoint. My daughter wanted a cleaning set but she’s a little heavy handed so I knew those plastic sets wouldn’t be up to the job and be broken in days . I ordered this and it’s awesome. All made of wood and nice good quality brushes and mop head and duster head . Looks really attractive, is strong and realistic. My daughter plays with this every day . Brilliant set highly recommended

Got it for my 2 year old as a Christmas gift and he loves it. He always finds something to clean now :) It’s perfect size for a 2-3 year old. The stand that the set comes with is super handy and the little one is getting into the habit of hanging things when finished playing! I stationed it in the kitchen and must say it looks really lovely - gorgeous bright colours and nice old school feel. Very good quality too.

High quality product which our granddaughter loves playing with on her own and also when helping her Mum tidy up the house. Big fan of Melissa and Doug products, they never disappoint.

Since I purchased this set in May my toddler (14 months) has played with it every single day! He adores the mop, it's his go to you! They are very well made and robust. They get plenty of bashing around by my boisterous son. The storage rack is fab and looks great too. If your child enjoys cleaning and tries to grab your mop or sweeping brush then this is an ideal gift!

Decent enough. Hours of fun pretend "cleaning". Makes no difference to your children's desire to actually tidy up, however, and can cause small dents to appear on the wall when they've used the (incidentally a bit wobbly) main stand as some kind of jousting stick.

Absolutley LOVE this set! It's so sturdy and already in a week it's taken a beating from my toddler and nephews banging it on the floor etc. Plastic ones always break in 5 minutes and for £20 its absolutley worth it. Itll last for years and years. Even the dustpan is strong that's plastic but it's so tough! Absolutley reccomend for everyone elses roughians

My kids love "cleaning" the kitchen. If by cleaning, you mean pushing items on the floor around with a brush. As a Dad this is fraught with danger and a few times now I've taken a standard broom handle to the chops as either my 3 or 1 year old tries to brandish it. I've given them a small brush designed for adults but these never prove very robust. Typically the head ends up falling off, or worse - occasionally the hanger pops off which is imminently chewable. This Melissa & Doug playset is well designed, with everything being one or two large pieces. Nothing falls off, nothing is eatable, they put up with being beaten around. Best of all, when my 1 year old spills his milk, my 3 year old quickly gets "her" mop and cleans it up herself! Result!

Questo set per le pulizie é davvero completo e ben fatto !! La mia bimba di un anno e mezzo ci gioca molto e le piace fare le pulizie come la mamma !! Penso che lo sfrutterà molto anche quando sarà un po' più grande .. ho acquistato diversi giochi di questo marchio e mi sono sempre trovata benissimo . Sicuramente lo consiglio !!

Perfect size for kids who want to ‘help’ you do the housework. They’ll do a terrible job at first, but they’ll get the hang of it. Encourages good habits and development of basic life skills, which is helpful because being tidy and able to clean is an everyone job. Help us all by raising children who will one day be able to look after themselves and not become an annoying burden for the people that they will one day live with/marry. Help them become self-reliant by learning to dust, sweep, mop, and toss it all in the dustbin with this lovely little set. Little kids love jobs, they love to help, train them while they’re young to contribute with this darling set. Very durable, just like the mistaken belief that this belongs in the girls section of toy stores.
