I ordered this gel polish set to start doing my own nails at home, and I’m really impressed with it. The colors are beautiful, just as pictured, and they go on smoothly without being too thick or runny. One of my favorite features is that it comes with a magnet to create the cat-eye (fish-eye) effect. Just make sure to use the magnet before curing the polish under the UV/LED lamp. Once you get the design exactly how you want it, then cure it to lock in the effect. It adds a really unique look and is fun to experiment with. The polish cured well under my UV/LED lamp, and I only needed two coats to get good coverage on most of the colors. I also like that the bottles are clearly labeled, making it easy to find the shade I want. I’ve already done several manicures with this set, and the polish has held up well without chipping when I properly prep my nails. For the price, I think this is a great value, especially if you’re building your own gel polish collection. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. The colors are beautiful, shiny and have and amazing magnetic effect that changes depending on the light. The colors are vibrant and elegant, the cat-eyes effect is gorgeous and really makes the nails stand out. Highly recommended!!.

Adjusting my review because I have swatched two sets now. Pastel Aura (Daydream) seems like maybe it shouldn’t be called “pastel”? 1489 and 1492 seem closest to pastel, but the others are pretty vibrant. These swatches are two coats and using my own magnet, so maybe it’s stronger. But I wasn’t expecting the dark grey color on either side of the colored section. The set called milky diamond also called sparkle diamond is much more what I was expecting with a jelly color with bright, sheer, silver magnetic particles. In my opinion, one coat of this out performs and looks way more impressive than the daydream with the gray jelly color. I did include a swatch of a smooth cat eye gel from a different brand that is sheer enough to go over any color and I paid a lot more for that one bottle. It’s still definitely good magnetic gel polish, though. The diamond milky sparkle set is much more flashy if that’s what you’re after, but the pastel daydream set has a much finer particle that looks like the more expensive brand I have. For the price, you can’t really beat it! But keep your expectations in check based on the price. Still happy, just different tones than are pictured. (In comparing the other set now that I have it, this does look right. The background color of pastel set is grey with colors of magnetic particles. If you want a jelly color with magnetic pull, don’t get the daydream pastel aurora.) I like them so much I ordered two more sets, so that really says a lot!

I bought this for a wedding and the colors are pretty I love it and this is the first time I’m using the cat eye look and I must say. It’s a great product! Also read the directions. I think that if you’re thinking about buying this product just get it! For the price it’s reasonable! I love that the bottles are big not small and the box is so cute! GET IT!!!!!

The reviews differ so much that I was worried I would be disappointed. The colors are a nice perl. But some of them look too similar to each other. I decided to try a couple different processes and thought the green with pink accents would stand out more. My right hand I did one coat, cure, coat two and use magent before curing. The whole nail changed color. There was no visible pink design just slight chameleon like effects. Sometimes I'm able to move the magnet around and reset the colors. Not this time. Just a pearl green. For my left hand I did coat one and did the magnet over the whole nail so that it would turn all the green before the cure, coat two and a magnet that has a starburst pattern before the cure. The trick seems to be to deactivate the magnet on the very first coat. Then do your pattern for the second coat. And even still, the pigmented magnet in this polish is still weak. I tend to use my starburst magnet most often, so I know what it should look like. What normally looks like a starburst ended up looking more like some sort of a cross. Luckily the pink tone is so faint, that it won't be totally noticeable that each of my hands are different. The magnet wand that comes with it seems just as strong as my others do. I think it's just the polish that falls short of being magnetic. At least the colors are pretty, alone, so I will still use them. As a chameleon paint, it's pretty. As cat eye, not impressed. Could just be this particular color. I won't know till it's time to repaint and pick another color. But I'm doubtful already.

My experience with this cat eye gel polish from RARJSM was nothing but positive. I decided on the Aurora Mermaid set but all the sets offered looked great. The bottle size is generous and the polish itself went on smooth with even coverage and didn’t require multiple brush strokes. Getting the cat eye effect does take practice. I’m still working on it but was definitely able to achieve the desired look with this polish. Pictured is color #1212 and I definitely see the multiple colors in it. It comes out more depending on which effect you choose. I did use the included magnetic when practicing but you are limited since it only has two ends. I used a round ball end to get this effect. I’ve only had it on a couple of days but have received several compliments. I typically change my nails every couple of weeks and don’t have any concerns about it not lasting until I’m ready for a change. It cured fine with a flash cure and when I finished the entire hand and applied a top coat I cured for an additional 90 seconds in the hand lamp. Really pleased and based on my experience will be looking to order another set for color variety.
