**Q: Does this need an adaptor?**
A: The item came ready to use. It plugs into mains with a step down transformer which is supplied with it. We were very pleased with this.

**Q: Has anyone else found this noisy? Im wondering if its broken or just the mechanism and thats normal?**
A: It can be a little noisy, I had one that was noisy and lasted a couple of days so had to return it. New one is not quiet but it has been ok for two years.

**Q: We have just purchased this, should it be in 2 parts, it works fine but the actual building is in two parts, it separates under the train track.**
A: I recieved 10 days ago and it was I two parts. I thought it was broken and I send message to resend me a new. But finally they refunded me 20 euros to fix it. I want to ask you is this broken or it is in 2 parts anyway ?

A: No, the clocks aren't functional, but the trains move around the building
