Great solution for Starlink Mini
I'm using this setup to power my mobile Starlink system, and it's working like a charm! Instead of using the original router, Iโve got it hooked up through a POE injector, which sends power straight to the dish. Starlink boots up quickly and runs smoothly. It usually draws about 40 watts while operating, though it can spike a bit higher. If you turn on the snowmelt feature, power usage jumpsโI've seen it hit over 100 watts during testing. I keep that feature off for now, but the power converter handled those bursts without breaking a sweat. It's rated for up to 250 watts, so there's plenty of headroom. During normal use, the converter stays just a little warmer than room temperature, which tells me it's not being pushed too hard. For something that costs about half as much as similar options, Iโd say itโs a solid win!

Working great so far...
I'm using this to power my mobile starlink conversion. It's feeding power to a POE injector to directly power starlink without the OEM router. So far it's been great. Starlink powers up and works great. Starlink pulls around 40w while running, sometimes a little more. If you turn on the snowmelt option it draws a lot more. I was seeing over 100w bursts with snowmelt on. I leave that feature off but while testing this converter seemed happy to push that much power. It's rated at around 250w. During normal operation the converter is only slightly warmer than room temp. I suspect that at this current draw it's not stressing it much. As long as it continues to work I'll call it a win at about 1/2 the price of similar units.

Works perfectly~
I had a 12v 200AH battery lying around that needed purpose. I also have a Pecron E600LFP which is an awesome power station. Given the Pecrons solar charging port needed a minimum of 32v, I went with this 12v to 48v step up converter. This checked out at 48v with 287w going into the unit as pass-through. Now instead of the 614wh that comes with the unit, I have added 2560 wh's to it for about 2700- 2800 wh's, factoring in conversion loss "Give or take", when there is no sunshine. Runs my Fridge and network with ease.

Works as advertised
Used this for my Gen 2 Starlink DC conversion. Works great. It is not loud by no means, but you do hear a slight buzz. Keep that in mind when mounting it.

Using to charge an Anker Power Station
I connected this to a 12v battery to charge my power station. This thing was pulling 30 amps from my battery and outputting 15 amps to the power station. It claimed that the max output was 6A. It also got incredibly hot. While it did charge my power station, I cannot trust this thing in my home.

I was using this step up with a poe for my v2 starlink but upgraded to a mini. i pulled the step up wires off the poe and put a female 5521 connector on the output and used the poe box as a passthru for my ethernet cable to my 3rd party router. works great with the 50' cable

This unit works very well, enabling me to now run my starlink on a 12v setup.

So far so good, the 6amp and 288w seems to be working for my starlink V2, I've heard some people are having issues with the 48v up convertors, I'm wondering if it's the same amperage and wattage being used.
