I ordered this for my mother who has recently had surgery on her hand and has a cast from hand to a few inches short of her elbow. She's only a short lady so I didn't want one that was too long and I was also trying to avoid getting one that would feel like she was wearing a freezer bag. She loves it, though she does need help to get it on and off as the 'cuff' is quite tight and needs to be manoeuvred over her cast which isn't easy with just one working arm. In appearance and texture it's a bit like a giant arm-shaped swimming hat, but heavier duty rubber. It works - which is surely the most important thing. I also think that anything of this type that's covering an out-of-commission arm is going to be a struggle to get on or off so I don't hold that against the product. Better tight and waterproof than easy to get on and leaky. Well done!

Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Cancun, Mexico. I purchased this after I broke my wrist one week before we left, so I could go in the sea and pool. It worked great, extremely watertight, but I limited my time in the water as it becomes very hot in warmer climates. I would recommend for holiday use.

My husband recently had a carpol tunnel op, this has kept it perfectly dry whilst showering. Cannot recommend this item enough. Perfect.

Mon fils s'étant cassé le bras et après avoir testé les fameux sacs poubelles pour la douche j'ai testé ce produit. Et il est génial ! Cela a redonner le moral a mon fils en lui redonnant le confort de douche et lui a même permis d aller dans la piscine... inespéré avec un plâtre !!! Très qualitatif il est de la même matière qu'un bonnet de bain, pratique, hermétique et solide. En résumé top produit de qualité pro !

If you are apprehensive of buying this product, since you are worried that your cast will get wet, don't be! It saved our vacation. My 13 year old son broke his wrist 1 week before going on a sunny vacation. He was so disappointed, but then I found this product and I was so glad I did. Customer service was excellent! I was not sure which size to get but they were really helpful! I ended up buying the adult size. My son's arm circumference was 10 ½” to 11" and I was debating between the adult size or the kids Large but the adult size was the best one. It did not feel tight at all but provided 100% waterproofing. My son was able to fully submerge his entire body into the water, was able to go snorkeling and play in the ocean and pool. Since I was worried of getting it wet, whenever he went snorkeling we would put a plastic bag and tape that bag with duck tape and then put the waterproof sleeve over, but the bag was not really needed since no water ever entered.. but it gave me peace of mind. Here are a few tips… 1- make sure to take all the air out of the sleeve (just enter the sleeve slowly into the water and keep the opening open until the water level is just below the waterproof seal) 2. Put an elastic (about ¼” wide at the top of the sleeve where the waterproof seal. This stopped the sleeve from rolling over unto it self) and that gave us peace of mind that it would not roll too much and lose the seal. I was so delighted with this product that when my son got his cast removed I brought it over to show the Dr. and the people making the cast so that they know that this product really works so that they recommend it (with a caveat to use at their own risk)… people should know that there is a product out there that can keep their cast dry and enable them shower, swim etc without having them to worry about it. This product really works. A must have if you are going on a sunny vacation!
