Nature's Best Super Strength Lactase Tablets 9000 FCC, 60 Tablets

Been lactose intolerant for 10 years. Dont normally leave reviews but these work and work well compared to others Ive used. I have 1-2 tables when eating and have had no issues at all, in fact my bowel issues have improved ( someone else mentioned this ) to the point even if I don’t have dairy I had had one a couple of times. I keep mine in the fridge. Only problem with these is they work so well I almost forget I cant do lactose so really have to remember to take them out with me in case I want a cheeseburger!

I am a lactose intolerant person but now I find by taking one lactase tablet in the morning and another before I go out for a meal in the evening I can eat anything on the menu and not suffer from any gut pains later I can thoroughly recommend this product.

Wish I’d known about my lactose intolerance sooner. Years of misery. This seriously works though, one before anything involving milk, cheese, etc etc - and I’m just FINE. It’s incredible. Taste and texture are fine, easy to swallow. 9000 FCC as stated is enough to cover most things for me.

As I've got older, I've found lactose harder to digest to the point I'm avoiding so many things.A friend recommended these tablets so I've given them a try - and I do think they're working!I find that if I take two before eating cheese, I don't get anywhere near as much bloating or pain, which is brilliant! I'm still not eating as much cheese as before, but that's fine, just being able to enjoy some is great.They haven't worked quite as well with yoghurt so I now eat a plant version.But they do work well on the rare occasions I have cream.I suggest popping a tub, or a few tablets, into a purse in your bag for when you're out and about. The best ever Lactase Tablets you buy, I bought other brand but no one mach this Lactase Tablets, working 100% particularly for me, for having very bad digestion, system

I tend to avoid milk and yoghurt generally, but love various cheeses and the odd creamy dessert.These Nature's Best lactase tablets makes digesting dairy easier for me, but it doesn't eliminate all my symptoms every time I use it.It certainly didn't work when I made myself a diet shake which contained whey protein (even though I mixed the powder with water, and the product listed lactase in the ingredients). Had the usual upset stomach an hour later.It's an OK product so will keep using it until I run out, then give a different brand a try.

I have really bad IBS that I have to take stuff from the doctor as well as lactose intolerance. I have been trying mitigate the symptoms as much as possible. I was so very thrilled when I found Nature's Best Super Strength Lactase 9000!Over the last week I have been testing it to see how well it works. I tested cheese, yogurt and things like that. After I felt confident that it was working for me and how much was the right dose for me to take etc I decided to take the BIG TEST.....My final test was the "Ice Cream Test"! I had Ben and Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. I took two tablets before I had the ice cream and two more afterwards for good measure. I ended up eating only 1/4 of a pint... I did not want to push it lol. The results???? NOTHING!!!! Yes nothing happened!! For me, that is amazing. Normally I would be in agony, breaking out into a sweat excruciating pain, bloating, diarrhoea, the works.Now as with this and any other medication and supplements, everything works different for everyone. If you suffer with Lactose intolerance, it is certainly worth a try. I would recommend that you start with something small and work your way up.... see what works best for you.I would like to thank the makers and sellers of this product.
