Decent foam roller, great ball
I was looking for a foam roller and got these to relieve muscle pain. The foam roller is alright and the skipping rope is decent aswell... the small ball however is so good I often forget the foam roller. All in all its worth the buck.

The Roller was slightly too hard for my liking
The Roller was slightly too hard for my liking and was too painful to use on certain muscles. I have since changed to a Triggerpoint Grid foam roller which is less painful as there are no raised nobbly bits like this one has.Unfortunately I returned mine for a refund as it was missing the massage ball.
