Metal Die Storage Unit - Holds Up to 20 A4 Magnetic Sheets

This is NOT easy to assemble at all. We struggled for hours, nothing fitted right and after a lot of sanding and filing we finally made it up. It is nice and sturdy once it is made up and I like the concept but can do without all the hassle of badly made items that do not fit into the required slots without having to file a lot just so it would fit. I was going to give it up and send it back. I also think the wood glue should be supplied.The above was my first purchase and review that I bought a year ago and because I liked it once made up I bought a second one and I changed the star rating to 5 rather than 4 because this time it all fit together so perfectly and I even made it up myself with no help just by looking at my first one. They stack nicely on top of each other and I will definitely buy another one at a later date when I get more dies. It looks great in my craft room

Well made unit easy to assemble, glue and clamps required . I sealed all edges with MDF wood seal. Required a light sand on edges afterwards to ensure smooth sliding.I ordered a second unit which had one panel damaged in transit, but this was soon resolved quickly and efficiently by Amazon by sending a replacement whilst I returned the damaged unit.These units are being used by my wife for craft die storage with magnetic sheets stuck to the shelves.

Loved it easy to assemble and is sturdy and storing my metal dies is the best thing

Now have 3 for my dies (stacked) and want to order more once back in stock - hoping this will happen. Going to use for my stamps to as can attach A4 stamp storage panels to each shelf. Definitely recommend for a neat, easy accessible craft room! 😊Update.April 2018Just ordered and received my fourth storage but quite disappointed! Has fixed together ok but finish is very poor! I am aware these are becoming very popular and wondering if they are being rushed out. Edges are not clean like the other three and are very rough and messy. Had to sand down with very fine sandpaper but still not looking as good and neat as my others. Therefore reduced from five stars to four, tempted to give three but will wait until order next one as will need another because already almost filled this one and they suit my storage needs.Laser smith you need to ensure consistent quality to keep your star rating.

Purchased this item for ease of access to my cutting dies, I adhered A4 magnetic sheets to each side of the slide out shelves, works like a dream. Very sturdy construction, which was easily assembled using wood glue.I would definitely recommend this Die Storage cabinet and will be buying more in the near future for this very purpose.

I love this specially for holding my dies and at every layer you can name what sets of dies is on that later fits great into the kalax boxes. easy assembly, very sturdy.

Just bought my second unit as the first was overflowing with dies. I don't have a craft room so they sit side by side on a wide window sill. Neither of them are glued as they don't appear to need it.

Just what I needed. Takes 10 A4 magnetic sheets (not supplied) which can easily be accessed via the sliding shelves. No build instructions or glue supplied but simple to put together. You need to ensure that all parts are accurately slotted in when gluing as they are intentionally a tight fit. I am going to buy another to sit on top. The unit is fairly heavy when made up and loaded with A4 magnetic sheets and dies.
