Anybody use this as a nappy?

I use muslin squares as a newborn nappy with a wrap over the top, works generally well on my 6lb baby! We do have to use 2 muslins folded up as we are 3 weeks old and are heavier wetter. But these are a good use. We have white for nappies and coloured for burping and so on!

How absorbent are these, as in approximately how many ml will 1 muslin absorb/hold?

Hi These muslin squares are very absorbent due to their high quality and are perfect as newborn nappies or any other "mopping up" it is difficult to say exactly how many mls they will absorb but once washed they are even better. Just poured water onto one MUslinZ and got to 200ml before the muslin started to drip

If using as a nappy, would you use fabric conditioner?

No a fabric conditioner reduces absorbency. The MuslinZ get softer with each wash. Wash a couple of times before use to get maximum effectiveness.

Can they be tumble dried?

Hi Yes they can. You may have slight shrinkage if you tumble dry after the first wash but otherwise they are fine to tumble dry.
