Even though it removed nearly all the hair colour from my skin it did leave a bit still stained. The dye left behind soon washed out by the 3rd day. Certainly works better than my last one which I had for years.

Very good stuff, does exactly what it says on the tin: removes hair dye that has run onto skin where you didn't want it! My only comment would be I wish it came in a smaller bottle: this bottle is so big it will see me out plus a following couple of generations!!

absolutley rubbish. I scrubbed and scrubbed and after over 5 minutes there was still staining. No better than water

Omg delighted with this. Used to come home from hairdressers with hair dye all over my ears, scrubbed my hair line and behind ears until skin was red raw, ordered this and omg put a tiny amount on a cotton pad glided it over skin and it was filthy with hair dye, no scrubbing came off skin really easily cannot recommend enough

Wouldn't order this again it is nowhere near as good as the stain remover used in my local Salon I was very disappointed with even with vigorous rubbing it doesn't remove all residue hair dye from the skin I now have a very large bottle of dye remover which doesn't do what it is suppose to do

I so wish I had found this product years ago. I have a lot of grey hair but am naturally dark brown and over the years have coloured my hair plenty, usually ending up with a brown neck, ears etc even though I try to be careful and use a lot of heavy moisturizers around the hairline. After reading other reviews I thought I'd try without the moisturizer and crossed my fingers. I need'nt have worried, a small amount of this produce on a cotton pad and they staining instantly vanished. It smells wonderful, and didn't touch the colour on my hair and left my skin feeling good. Cannot recommend this product highly enough!!
